"The hotel atrium was stunning; the pool reflected the trees and buildings, and the circular glass ceiling created beautiful light and shadow effects. Yuki at the front desk was incredibly efficient with check-in and proactively introduced the hotel facilities—the service was attentive and thoughtful. I had some concerns after reading reviews saying the rooms were noisy, but after checking in, I found the environment to be extremely quiet. I don't know where those noise complaints came from, and I slept very comfortably that night. All the staff at every stage were very friendly and helpful. This is a genuine review! Not a paid endorsement!!"

"I rushed to book this hotel in Xinchang's ”Carbohydrate Kingdom” on a last-minute trip. Seeing that it was newly opened and part of the Huazhu Group, I figured the quality control would be excellent. However, everything turned out to be surprisingly good. Check-in was quick, and they even provided snacks and a comprehensive travel guide covering everything from dining to sightseeing. The hotel's overall decor was high-end, smelled wonderful, and was incredibly clean – practically spotless. The staff were all very polite. The room was odorless, with fresh air, and was bright, clean, and spacious. Everything was provided, including welcome fruit and a complimentary minibar. The bedding was comfortable, and the blankets were light and pleasant. Breakfast was plentiful and constantly replenished, with the table cleaned promptly. The food was delicious, and the noodle maker patiently and enthusiastically showed me how to add the toppings. Throughout my stay, all facilities were clean, hygienic, and functioned perfectly. The staff were never bothersome, making my stay very comfortable. Lingling, the receptionist, was particularly warm and patient, making me feel right from the start. I will definitely stay at this hotel again next time I'm in Xinchang; I call it the king of value for money in Xinchang."

"Facilities: This is the first time I stayed in a hotel in the Anlan series. As one of the top luxury hotels in Zhejiang, Xinchang Anlan did a very good job. The public area of the hotel is truly secluded and just right to meet the needs of general passenger flow. However, the only drawback is that the facilities in the room are average. The TV is in the living room, which is not very viewable. There are only Mango TV and channels, and the screen cannot be projected. There is no TV in the guest room. Secondly, the shower facilities are not adjustable, and the toiletries are also relatively ordinary, but considering the hotel's room price, it can be weighed.
Service: The hotel's manual training is very good, the service is mature, the hotel area is large, and a shuttle bus is required for pick-up and drop-off. The hotel's shuttle service is fast. After receiving the notice, it will be in place in two or three minutes. The housekeeper Zoey is enthusiastic and introduces the hotel's facilities and services in detail, so that you know everything here. The check-in process is super smooth, and there is no need to worry about any problems. It rained that day. After swimming, I was ready to try the hotel's cloud ladder to have dinner in the village on the mountain. After arriving at the cloud ladder, the shuttle bus staff saw that we didn't bring an umbrella and kindly took an umbrella for us."

"The check-in staff were incessantly nagging, insisting on paying extra for a membership, and even sniffing through guests' phones until I lost my temper. Also, it seemed like the front desk was deliberately retaliating; they said they upgraded my room, even though I specifically asked for one with hidden problems, including poor drainage. And yet, they gave me this room, and while I was showering, the water was already up to my feet. It was fine; I had originally booked three days, but cancelled the rest that night. Other issues included the welcome tea station being useless—no coffee, no hot water, and my mouth was parched while the front desk staff continued their nagging. I was misled by the official photos of the main entrance; it's only part of the first floor. Most guests drive in and go straight to the underground parking. It's impossible to find the entrance from the underground parking because this half is abandoned and extremely dark. The sensor door next to the front desk looks like a fixed piece of glass. The front desk lighting made it even darker outside, and from the elevator, you couldn't see the printed instructions… It was truly bizarre. If you discriminate against Shanghai guests, you can refuse to serve them; we won't come. PS: The receptionist was someone who appeared significantly older than me. By the way, the service level in Xinchang is far worse than that in neighboring Shengzhou. It's like everyone's a nobody."

GGuest UserI am a solo traveller to Xinchang. Great experience staying in a local minsu where the owners are very friendly and helpful, providing advice on how I could navigate the neighborhood. Grateful for their warm hospitality as well and they even offered to let me stay in the minsu (late check out) because my train departing xinchang is at 8pm. May Lord bless the minsu owners!

Very new beaitiful hotel, was built in 2021st. the hotel is located right on the cliff and when you swim in pool with with glass wall looks like you fly over canyon, Rooms are very original made with love in details, full of gadgets, windows view leads right to the very deep canyon. Owner is a very nice guy, who was keeping asking customers survey what can advise to improve his place.

We originally thought we would encounter a typhoon, but we ended up having a wonderful trip with delicious food, beautiful scenery, and beautiful dogs. The young lady, young brother, and aunts and uncles were all so enthusiastic, considerate, and accommodating. When I arrived, I was always responsive and even asked if I needed an umbrella. The experience was very good. Wisely, I booked a mahjong room. It won't be boring even if it rains. However, the round bed room is a bit small. I might try the rooftop room next time. Tianmu is very good. I will come again next time.

The room is large enough and the bergamot cleaning products are very easy to use. The staff in the breakfast room are enthusiastic and help with seat guidance and proactively add water. The Xinchang-style spring pancakes are also delicious. The outdoor swimming pool is beautiful. The tea garden in the back garden looks like there will be tea soon. According to the staff, there is also a tea picking and tea frying experience. The animals are very cute. The hotel environment is very beautiful. It is quiet in the hustle and bustle and you can hear birds singing in the morning. The health box experience gives people a simple understanding of the body. In the morning and evening, there are often mountain birds singing and the sound of snoring and snoring, and you can enjoy the tranquility of avoiding the world.
