The staff are professional and polite and there is no problem checking in as a foreigner (we had a problem at another hotel in the city centre before coming to this one). The overall environment is very good in all aspects, much better than Pingtan and Nan'ao Island we visited before. The staff is also very good, responsive, and happened to be the child's birthday to help take a lot of photos. The location of the B&B is a holy place for catching crabs. Not only can the guests go to the sea to catch crabs themselves, we caught a lot of crabs this time, and the children were very happy 🥳. The most important thing is that you can also see the local villagers catching crabs from the sea. We also bought the fish that had just been fished out from the fishermen 🦀, and the B&B also helped us process it for free. I can only say that the freshly caught ones are super fresh and sweet 🤣.

EEcho____It's quite clean, the only drawback is that it's a bit damp. The main cause of this problem is that the balcony has no windows and the sliding door connected to the balcony cannot be opened. If it is opened, insects or other things will come in. I suggest that the store seal the balcony with a screen so that it can be ventilated. It is also good for indoor appliances (electronic products are most afraid of moisture).

GGuest UserThe hotel is not bad, the room is actually pretty good, you get your own mini swimming pool, however there are 2 things I was very unhappy with. First, the swimming pool floor and walls felt slimy, so the feeling while swimming we wasn't very pleasant. The natural pool the room is connected to my stairs is not really clean and you are recommended to not swim in there, so if you're thinking you'll get some sort of private beach, you won't, it's dirty. Everything else was fine. Breakfast is what they give you, so you have no choices and you better drive a car because other food options are not close. Your dog is allowed to be with you, that's a big pro and the room had a little yard which made conviennent for us having a dog with us.

The staff in the parking lot were very enthusiastic and helped us carry our suitcases. Thank you very much! Rich breakfast. The disadvantage is that the quilt is too thick, heavy and hot, so I didn't sleep well at night. Now the quilts in various hotels have been replaced by thin ones. Very difficult to know where to park in parking garage beneath the shopping centre building. After driving around, found a sign to hotel, but not at entrance to parking garage.
Morning staff as unfriendly as evening staff. Just shouting at me! I kept on saying ”Weixin”. Lateron she registered...
The trip.com awards were for 2020 and 2022 - definitely not for reception staff in 2025! 😰
