Facilities: slightly old, good location, there is a shuttle bus to the ticket office of Langyashan Scenic Area in the morning; it is not far to walk up (this arrangement is quite considerate), we arrived in the evening, played in the morning, and left at noon (many people just went up the mountain at noon, there was a traffic jam on the way up the mountain, we walked down and it was okay, we avoided the congestion). It is recommended to stay for one night, the energy and fuel saved are worth the hotel fee. There are a lot of farmhouses around, where you can dine and stay, and you can choose one. The price is generally between 100-200, which is cheaper than a hotel. It depends on personal preference.
Hygiene: Overall good; their parking lot seems to be public (managed by villagers), and many people come to park for trains in the morning, and it costs ten or twenty yuan per car (I stayed in the hotel and didn't pay, but I saw a lot of people maintaining law and order in the morning, and they were charging).

This homestay is very good. It is a clean and stylish one in the homestay I have stayed in. A family of three has a loft apartment. The children live upstairs alone and are very spacious. The room has a bathtub. It is too comfortable to take a bath after a day in the ancient town.
Toiletries are all available, slippers, dental appliances, drinking water are enough, basically can be regarded as a hotel.
There is no elevator in the second floor room. If there is an elderly person, pay attention to the first floor room.

The main reason for choosing this one is because it is new. The surrounding B&Bs are either too old or have reviews saying there are many mosquitoes and rats. The hotel is very clean overall, with a slight decoration smell. The service is also quite good. The location is very good, just across the wall from the Jingui Wharf. However, the surrounding environment is a bit messy and the scenic area is not planned.
The room was very clean, but the decoration level and quality were not very good. The water in the newly renovated shower room could actually flow into the dry area. Breakfast and dinner were also too simple.
Overall, the accommodation conditions are at most 500-600 level, which is not worth the current price. If you go there now, you will just go for the new facilities.
