"This stay at the resort was simply amazing! As soon as we arrived at the hotel, the enthusiastic staff greeted us with a smile. The check-in process was quick and efficient. The hotel staff were polite, attentive and warm. The housekeeper service was in place and the experience activities were carefully arranged. The room was warm and quiet. The decoration style was very distinctive. It cleverly incorporated the local cultural elements of the resort, making people feel both novel and comfortable. The beds were soft and clean, and the quality of the bedding was also very good. I like the hotel's dining. The breakfast variety is rich and varied, with local specialties and a variety of common Western meals, each of which is exquisitely cooked and delicious. The environment around the hotel is very beautiful, perfectly integrated with the natural landscape of the resort. Looking out of the window of the room, you can see lush green plants everywhere, as if you are in a paradise ܾ ܾ 𖥧𓇣 ܾ ܾ ܾ"

"Clean and hygienic, excellent front desk customer service. Although the surrounding environment of the hotel is generally a little bit, from the beginning of entering the hotel, the whole feeling has been improved. "The entrance of the hotel is in an alley. The car needs to be parked in the basement of the mall next to it, take the elevator to the ground floor of the mall, and then follow the instructions to the hotel entrance. The lobby of the hotel is on the fifth floor and transfer to another elevator to the room. The room is generally clean, but some places are very shabby. The windows have no screens, the quilt is very thick, the central air conditioner has ventilation, and there is no air conditioning. Call the front desk, the front desk said that there is central air conditioning, but a security guard came up and said that there is a cool breeze! I said I want air conditioning! Sleeping at night was plagued by mosquitoes all night, got up to look for mosquitoes, and killed four cockroaches."

I commend the ladies at the front desk for being very enthusiastic. However, the attitude of the security guard in the parking lot and the lady in the restaurant is extremely bad! ! It was as if I owed them money. I drove out in the morning because the license plate information recorded at the front desk had expired. I told the security uncle that I was staying in a hotel. I acted like I didn't hear anything and didn't lift the lever. I called the front desk and told the matter. We told him that the front desk asked him to help lift the pole, but he ignored him. We took the phone to the front desk and asked the front desk to explain to him. After hanging up the phone, he directly yelled at me: You have a mouth and you can't talk. What attitude? Please explain it well so that everyone can understand it. I had a very happy stay, but this incident was very unpleasant."

"The double-bubble pool is almost nowhere near the toilet, which is a bit uncomfortable. In fact, it doesn't matter if this toilet is not used, and the toilet next to it can be used. JJiaxinxinThe hotel is located on the top of the mountain in the Spring City Golf Course Resort. From the rooftop terrace, you can overlook the lake view golf course and the entire Yangzonghai. The building is built on the mountain, and the environment is very quiet. It has complete facilities, including a gym and outdoor swimming pool, and a minibar in the hotel room. You can drink freely. In addition, coffee and soft drinks in the lobby bar are also provided free of charge. The toiletries in the room are equipped with water of Parma. The service is also very attentive. The butler helped me arrange a pick-up service from the airport. When I went to play at the golf course, there was also a car from the golf course to pick me up. The breakfast is very rich, with Chinese and Western options to choose from, and you can also choose Cross-Bridge Rice Noodles from Chinese.

GGuest UserA very warm treasure hotel. Our family received souvenirs and welcome tea as soon as we arrived at the hotel, which was very ceremonial. Because there were not many tourists, the hotel seemed particularly secluded. Whether it was the private soup in the courtyard or the Pu'er tea, they were all of very high quality. The children enjoyed feeding the seagulls every day. The food was a little simple during the Spring Festival. A male waiter in the restaurant (forgot his name) was very enthusiastic. The green vegetables were all from the hotel's own vegetable garden, which was very natural. The back door of the hotel leads directly to Yangzonghai Shijiazui Park, and the scenery is invincible. In short, I was very satisfied. Thanks to the housekeeper for his meticulous service. Five-star praise. Recommended to travelers who like to relax and get close to nature.
