"On November 9th, I was rushing to catch a train. At 9:30 AM, I left my room and took the elevator, only to find seven of us trapped inside. The elevator doors were locked, the front desk was unreachable by phone, and my Didi (ride-hailing app) was delayed. After being trapped for over ten minutes, we were told it was overloaded—only seven people? The elevator was clearly marked as having a capacity of 13.
When the elevator finally opened, we were about to miss our train, so we had no choice but to run down from the 6th floor, carrying our 30-pound suitcases. There were only 3-4 people at the front desk on the first floor. Could it be that 3-4 people couldn't answer the phone?
Is this the kind of facility a newly opened Ji Hotel has? This was a terrible stay. It's unimaginable that such a thing could happen at a chain hotel like Ji Hotel."

"This hotel experience was great! The room was spacious and bright, clean and tidy, and the bedding was comfortable, which made me sleep well. The hotel staff was kind and welcoming, both check-in and check-out, and they were efficient and convenient. The dining is also satisfactory, the breakfast is rich in variety and delicious. Complete facilities, gym and swimming pool can meet daily exercise needs. The location is excellent, the surrounding transportation is convenient, shopping and dining are very convenient. "The front desk lady sister service attitude is very good, we poured iced sour plum soup when we checked in, ice cold, sour and sweet, very relieved of the heat, and also sent a breakfast, breakfast with beef noodles, tastes very good, a bowl is full! Must give this hotel a full score! The location is particularly good to find, and it is super convenient to travel and go shopping. The lobby environment is clean and atmospheric, the front desk service is warm and intimate, the check-in and check-out speed is super fast, and the attitude is gentle and polite. The room was clean and odorless, the bedding was soft and comfortable, the sleep was particularly stable, the hygiene was particularly in place, and the toiletries were complete and easy to use. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, hot water supply is sufficient, and the water pressure is also large. The overall price is super high, the service, environment, and health are impeccable, the experience is full, I will choose this next time I come, I have already recommended it to my friends!

QQingjiaowo—xiaoxiannv清明節前訂的房間，六天的行程，先是訂了兩天塌塌米的房型，想感受一下體驗感會不會好吧，個人對這間迷你間還是滿意的，房間設備是智能型的，簡約的風格，房間內沒有異味，馬桶也配有一次性套墊，基本住宿要用到的設備也都有，也覺得沒有必要換其他的酒店了，第二天就續訂了四天，當中出現了一點意外換了房型，有點小不愉快，畢竟是工作人員的疏忽導致，但是也積極在溝通協調，後面的房型就是普通的標準間，勝在都乾淨衞生。不知道這是不是小酒店的通病，隔音特別不好，幾個晚上都是被吵醒，房間，走廊各種奇葩噪音，夜晚能吵到2、3點也真是沒誰了，早上走道也是各種開門關門，退房、包括服務員做衞生拖車的聲音，説話聲都聽得清清楚楚，太影響客人休息，希望店家能一點一點做到完善吧。
店長和前台服務很好，很熱情，態度也值得贊一下的
