"Although the facilities of this hotel are old, the rooms are clean and spacious, and the viewing balcony is not bad.
But the service of the whole hotel is really not flattering. It can be said that there is no service. Every service staff is very uncle, especially the front desk. The whole process does not look up and ignores people. I ask a reluctant answer. When answering questions, my attitude is also extremely arrogant. How to eat breakfast, not to say, chat halfway! Finally, check out and even how to refund the deposit and how to deduct the fee is not explained! It is only 20 minutes’ drive from Wenzhou South Railway Station, 40 minutes’ from Longwan International Airport (WNZ) and 15 minutes away from the city’s CBD. Pullman Wenzhou is equipped with 306 expansive rooms and suites, featuring contemporary and elegant décor with views of Oujiang River or the city.
"This five-star hotel left me with truly mixed feelings. The trouble began when I tried to book the airport transfer; the system showed it was out of the service area. I only later found out offline that this 'Wenzhou' hotel isn't actually in Wenzhou, but is located in Yongjia County.
Upon entering the room, we were very pleasantly surprised. The suite was incredibly spacious, easily the size of three standard rooms elsewhere, and the bathroom, in particular, was absolutely massive. Housekeeping even arranged leaves to spell out a welcome message, a truly thoughtful and attentive touch.
Our joy, however, was short-lived. Breakfast the next morning brought our entire family down; we suspect some unhygienic food caused everyone to suffer from diarrhea all day, severely impacting our plans for the following day. We reported it to the front desk, but they simply recorded it.
By evening, during happy hour, the hotel pleasantly surprised us by sending up a sumptuous dinner, complete with desserts and fruits. This generous gesture surprisingly managed to whet the appetite of our family, who hadn't been able to eat anything all day.
Later that evening, we tried out the swimming pool, whose facilities were also very impressive. However, despite the quality facilities, the Wi-Fi simply wouldn't connect, and the satellite TV was virtually useless.
It feels like a hotel that genuinely strives for excellence and puts a lot of effort into its service, but it just falls slightly short of a true five-star experience."

"I went to Wuma Street, Jiangxin Island and other places in Wenzhou. I looked around the hotels in Lucheng District and felt that the price-performance ratio was average. Finally, I saw this five-star hotel in Yongjia next door. It was affordable and I decided to stay there.
Location: The hotel is a bit remote, and the surrounding area is very dilapidated and demolished. It feels that it is still to be developed, but it is convenient if you drive by yourself. It is less than 20 minutes away from Jiangxin Island, and it is easy to drive without traffic.
Facilities: It is relatively complete according to the five-star standard. There are sufficient parking spaces in the underground parking garage and charging piles. The lobby has a high ceiling, but the front desk is set on one side and is a little bit inconsistent with the lobby style. The front desk checked in quickly and upgraded the room type. The room style is simple and spacious, with complete facilities in the room. The toiletries in the bathtub are L'Occitane.
Service: Fruit plate and Tremella soup were delivered on the first night, and Starbucks was also delivered.
Breakfast: The room includes breakfast, and the breakfast restaurant is on the top floor, 23 floors. It should be good to have a good view by the window, but unfortunately the outside is being demolished and renovated, and the view is not good. The dishes have many local characteristics of Wenzhou, but the taste needs to be improved.

The service at the front desk was very enthusiastic. They greeted me as soon as I entered the door. There was also free tea and snacks at the front desk. The check-in speed was also very fast. I like the front desk 👍. The elevator requires a card, which makes people feel very safe. What I didn't expect was that there was actually a viewing elevator. The hotel also has a free laundry room on the 13th floor, and the personalized service is very good. The room is also quite large. The room that the beauty at the front desk opened for me is facing the back, and you can see a little river view😄. The bathroom is also very large, which makes people feel very comfortable to live in. There is also a massage pillow on the sofa. It's so comfortable to lie on the bed and massage after playing! ! ! In terms of hygiene, the room is very clean. I went out with friends to play. There are many restaurants nearby with food and drink. Takeaways can also be delivered upstairs. MM21553****I went to Wenzhou on a business trip and chose the hotel closest to Wenzhou North. Affordable, hygienic and clean, pretty good. There are just no supporting facilities around. The room is a double bed room, which is very large and has a big window which is not bad. The bathroom is also quite big and very clean. The full-length mirror is outside and there is a light on the side. It is also very convenient to look in the mirror and put on makeup. Overall it is good. Cheap and good quality!

🌈🌿💚 This homestay has a beautiful small courtyard. Along the winding path to the hospital entrance, I found that there were cute kittens in the yard, and several tall trees were also lush.
The room I stayed in was located on the third floor. The room had a terrace. At night, I could go outside to enjoy the cool, breeze and a particularly pleasant life.

Environment: The surroundings are quite nice, with plenty of food, drinks, and entertainment. Not far away is the Wenzhou Mini Great Wall, a popular photo spot.
Cleanliness: The hotel happened to be out of room this time, so they upgraded me to a Winter Olympics room. The bed 🛏️ was incredibly comfortable and adjustable. It's perfect for lying down and watching TV (it even has a built-in massage function 💆).
Amenities: The toilet 🚽 in the room automatically opens when you walk over it. Voice control is available on Xiaodu, and you can turn on and off the lights, air conditioning, curtains, and more. Smart technology is incredibly convenient these days. Just lie down on the bed and activate lazy mode with a single click. (I'm so lazy, I really like it.) There's a laundry room and gym on the 19th floor, and you can even go for a run when you get back.
Breakfast: Breakfast is on the first floor. Each room is given two breakfast coupons. Meals are served from 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM. They offer a wide variety of pastries, bread 🥯, noodles 🍝, rice noodles, wonton soup, whole grains, and porridge 🥣. It's a great combination of Chinese and Western cuisine. 👌
Lunch: The front desk said they'd re-cook a few four-course meals after 11:00 AM. I didn't get to eat lunch the next day because I had to catch a train 🚄. I'll definitely come back next time. I heard it's pretty good. When I go out to eat alone here, I always feel stuck. The hotel has everything. It solves a big problem. It's a great hotel for this price 🏨. 👍 It's really great 👍. I'll be back next time.
