"Our stay at the Inn was lovely, we stayed 3 nights in Furong Town, the hotel is in a great spot and it is easy to walk everywhere in the town from the hotel. There are lots of cute shops and restaurants nearby. The view of the river from our room was also amazing. The host was so kind and helpful with any advice for getting around the area. The train station pickup was also really convenient. The breakfast at the inn was very delicious. I would definitely recommend staying here for a few nights and exploring the local area. "

"Lovely new hotel that opened in 2023. Managed by Lily and her husband. Lily was super helpful with how to navigate the place, what to see, where to eat. However, if you don’t speak Chinese, it may be a little difficult. But nothing a translator app can’t help you with. Also, they provided a free transfer to the railway station when we departed. On arrival at the railway station, we just took a cab to the ancient town for CNY20. The very helpful taxi driver kindly called the hotel for us and someone from the hotel came to pick us up at the entry gate to the ancient town where the taxi driver dropped us. The hotel is still new, clean and in a great location with a fantastic river view and view of the Tuwang Bridge. I would stay there again. And Lily is hospitable, patient and kind."

This Inn is perfectly located and has an amazing view. You will have to buy an entrance ticket for 109RMB, this ticket covers 3 days. Enter and exit of the city, access to walking underneath the waterfalls and watch the performances as many times as you want. I stayed 3 days. The host is patient and kind. He met me at the gate and helped carry my luggage. The room is spacious and clean. Bed is comfortable. Wifi works. All amenities provided and daily housekeeping. I will stay here again."

"The location is quite far from the old city but the hotel provides very prompt ferrying to and flow from the old city as well as the high speed rail station for free.
The front desk service is excellent. Provide us to welcome fruits and parting with some nice candy.
The balcony is well equipped with a very nice tea set with a supply of local tea, spend some time enjoying it."

"I was in a shared room with 4 beds, the room was very big, had a nice bathroom and was very clean. The owner was very hospitable and welcoming, he sat down with me to drink tea or a beer while I was there. It is just 5 minute walk to the ancient town and is on the main road with lots of cheap restaurants and other amenities around it. Great place, great owner, 10/10 would stay again!"

"Great stay, perfect location, and a very kind host
The hotel is just a 3-minute walk from the entrance to the scenic spot, which is super convenient. You can get there either from the main road by going up a small staircase or from the lower, more touristy street.
The room is great: very comfortable and quiet — I slept really well. During the time I stayed, the nights were nice and cool for sleeping, and the daytime temperature was just perfect.
The owner was also extremely kind and even drove me to the train station himself. It only took us 12 minutes, and I really appreciated that.

"It is located inside the scenic park of Furong. To enter, therefore, you need to have purchased the park ticket. Hotel clean and nice. The staff picked me up at the train station and gave me a supplement of my room (which is not obvious but still welcome). Remember that being inside the park, but always in an outdoor position with respect to music, you might hear people talking late"

"The room was exactly like advertised. The owner/staff arrange a car for pick up and even help us to call for a cab for drop off. He came and greet us by entrance, help us buy the tickets to enter the town, explain to us a bit about furong and easily reachable via wechat. This hotel is near to the entrance, so you wont suffer so much with all the luggages you have. There was no elevator, the room is on the 1st floor where the ground floor was a shop for garment rental. They also allowed us to leave our luggage there after checkout. It was loud with performances nearby, but complete silent after 10 or 11. Worth every penny to stay here. Plan ur trip properly for muslim as no halal food available in this town."

The communication with the team was really good since before arriving. They helped us booking the tickets for the Town and organising the transport back to the station.

RradioguyintownWe cannot understate how wonderful of an experience we had at this hotel.
To begin with, the hotel staff generously granted us an upgrade to a full suite. The room that we were given was practically spotless and well laid-out; on top of this, the room was stationed right next to the street - we had only to walk out the door to get into the action, yet we experienced no noise issues. Throughout our stay, we did not experience any major inconveniences whatsoever - the room was comfortable, cozy, and a relief to be in after a long day of scaling hundreds, if not thousands of steps.
Overall, while the hotel room was comfortable and pleasant, it was the incredible restaurant that accompanied it that elevated the stay. The quaint garden and decked out restaurant facilities providing a wonderful and stunning view of the main attraction in the town (the waterfall) made it truly worth it. The Hunan-style cuisine and noodle breakfasts they served up were incredibly tasty - and yet, just a step out of a door.
Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it highly to any tourist visiting Furongzhen.

NNicholas LooI had very good experience to stay in this hotel. 2 days before arrival to Furong town, our butler was called us for confirmation of high-speed rail station pick-up service with complimentary using 7 seaters Mercedes. The hotel come with amazing contemporary design and feel very warm. We are 2 adults and 2 kids were comfortable stay in the one double bed room. Since our room come with 2 breakfasts, the hotel also adds another 2 more breakfast vouchers for my children's (15 & 13 years old) without any charges.
For the breakfast meal, we can rate it above average since they provided variety and quality food. Last, they also given us with small souvenir gift when we check out and fetch us to the station.
About the location, it just 2 minutes walk to the ticket entrance and full of restaurants, grocery shop, farmasi, cafe along the walking journey.
Overall, we are quite statified for our stay. Will stay again if visit Furong town.

It can be reached by car in a few minutes near the east gate entrance of the scenic area, 800 meters away from Wulingyuan Bus Station, 800 meters away from Charming Xiangxi Theater, and 10 minutes away on foot. It is very convenient for travel. There is a pedestrian street at the entrance of the hotel, and there are special restaurants around. There are also night markets, banks, pharmacies, supermarkets, fruit stores, shopping malls, specialty stores, clothing stores, barber shops, etc. nearby, which are very convenient for shopping and dining. 2. Brand new facilities and equipment: The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with advanced bathrooms and sufficient hot water. The quilts are very warm and comfortable to sleep. 3. Clean and comfortable: Clean the room and change toiletries in time every day. 4. Intimate and thoughtful service: The proprietress is an English teacher. She kindly and patiently took me to visit the hotel room, made a free travel guide for me and bought discounted tickets for the scenic area, invited me to lunch and dinner, provided free fruit and free breakfast, cared about my travel on the way every day, and greeted, communicated and gave me directions in English from time to time. Thanks to the enthusiastic help and thoughtful service of the boss lady, my trip to Zhangjiajie was very happy and smooth. If you are a foreigner traveling to Zhangjiajie National Forest Park like me, I recommend staying at Xifu Bay Resort Hotel.

GGuest UserI’m writing a review as a traveller from the UK, and the room was VERY expensive for what you got. BUT you aren’t paying for the room you’re paying for the view! Which was SPECTACULAR! See pics, these are from the window of the room.
The room was okay for one night (all you really need in furong town) and the hotel did provide a pick up and drop back service from their local high speed rail station (it felt dodgy when going from the car park to the room but was okay).
Traveller tip: YOU NEED TO PAY FOR ENTRY TO THE TOWN. When entering the town you have to pay a fee as it’s a scenic area of China, this is unavoidable and the hotel fine print does mention you have to pay this.
All in all, you can enjoy an amazing view at this hotel, but I feel that for the price, you can stay elsewhere in this town and get the same experience for cheaper.

FFar Off & OutThe hotel was in a great location. You can see the entire waterfall and city from your room.
There were only two main things that concerned us. The first was the smell. The hotel is located on top of a restaurant; therefore, you would often smell food in the room and in the halls. We did not quite enjoy the smell. The second is the cleanliness. Brooms and trash bags were left in the hallway as the cleaner cleaned the hotel. It felt quite unclean. The view on the side of the room/ hotel was also all trash. In the pictures, it looked like mountains or trees.
For foreigners, please check whether your room had sitting or squatting toilets. We had squatting toilets, but the photos did not show it.

SSorinGThe location is just in the scenic area, view is incredible. The location is actually you are paying for, so expect the average on anything else.
The staff is ok, no english but the apps will do.
Breakfast is asian and quite basic.
Be warned that the cars taxis have no access inside the scenic area. The road from the drop point (scenic area gate) till hotel is rocky, paved with irregular stones, it’s a pita dragging the luggage, so come with a light one :))
At midnight everything shuts down, including the lights, so make sure you’re doing your night shots by then.
