"Wow - what an amazing experience in Furong Ancient City. Thank you very much to the great staff of Baihe Wharf Inn for making this a memorable trip. The customer service was the best I've seen in all of my travels across Asia. The complementary pick-up service from the railway station to the hotel was the perfect start. I appreciated the great communication from the staff and their offer to buy the entry ticket at a discounted price. The room was spectacular with a great view of the bridge. It also had the best water pressure I've seen in a while when taking a shower. The surrounding area is just beautiful. You're steps away from the viewing platform which leaves you speechless at night. I also appreciated the staff with giving me recommendations of shows taking place that evening. I had a great morning breakfast and was sad to leave such a great hotel. I highly recommend a visit to Baihe Wharf Inn as I'm sure I'll be returning back here one day."

"For me the place was perfect: very close to the drop off point from taxis, so you don't have to walk for too long with the luggage, and walking distance from everywhere - the town is really small. Lili and the staff were super kind and helpful with everything. They also arranged a car to drive me back to the station. Maybe the only improbable thing is that they could share arrival information once they accept the booking: to access the ancient town you need to pay 108 yuan and many people arriving didn't know. This is not to sleep in the hotel, it's just to access the town, so everyone has to do it. But for me it's been great!"

"Absolutely stunning location. We are English travellers and can only say hello in Chinese. We had no problem at all. They arranged train station pick up and drop off free of charge. The view was incredible and had top quality amenities within. It felt safe and the beds were very spacious. Everything is within walking distance (approx 15 minutes walk from the main entrance). The staff also made some solid recommendations and we were able to stay in touch via alipay chat."

"It was from far the best place I’ve stayed in my whole trip to China. It’s exactly inside the scenic area (so please note that you need to buy the ticket to enter in this area to be able to get in the hotel, and the area is full of stairs and only walking, so you’ll need to carry all your luggage). The room is big and comfortable, great shower, all the amenities, staff is amazing and helpful, even providing tips about which performances are better to see. The view is stunning: you see the waterfalls from your balcony. I loved the place, feel grateful for find it. Ofcus we return back the money to her. She also help in the transport. She made everything so much easier for us. She is very kind and helpful! "Thanks to the enthusiastic boss, who picked us up from the Furong Town High-speed Railway Station and sent us back. It was very convenient and considerate. When traveling to Furong Town, the food was so-so, but the accommodation was indeed comfortable, and very comfortable. The homestay is newly renovated and has new facilities. The layout inside is not available in ordinary hotels. They are all large open rooms, but the bath 🛀🏻 bathtub is right next to the floor-to-ceiling window, and the washbasin just separates the entrance hall and the bathroom part, dry and wet separation, and the toilet and bathroom are separated from each other, with strong privacy. The mirror is double-sided, which is convenient for makeup and washing. The projection screen meets our entertainment needs. The enthusiastic boss also recommended places to eat, map navigation, performance schedules and other information for us. Remind everyone that Furong Town charges tickets. We didn't pay attention to it before. It's 100 yuan per person. Free tickets for those under 14 years old. It's mainly to see the waterfall. You need to swipe your ID card. The boss can buy discount tickets for you. Contact in advance. The performance of Baishoutang is recommended to watch at 8 pm. You can walk under the waterfall and wear waterproof shoes. It's very cool!"

"The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The owner and staff are very welcoming. Free tea is available downstairs, which is delicious. All hotel amenities are disposable and clean. This is a very good hotel I've stayed in recently. The room was odorless and had great lighting. The hotel is in a great location, close to the high-speed rail station and scenic spots, and the night view is beautiful."

"Great location as it’s right at the beginning of the ancient town. Very beautiful wooden building. Close to restaurants and sightseeing. Free upgrade on the room and free railway station transfers which is essential as my friend was significantly overcharged on a taxi from the train station as her guesthouse didn’t offer transfers. They even collected me from the train station when I went on a day trip. Can be a little noisy at night due to being located next to a bbq restaurant but I imagine most hotels in the area are similar due to the nature of older buildings."

"**Welcome Amenities/Treats**: Upon arrival, each room was greeted with complimentary snacks and fresh fruit. In the evenings, they even offered bedtime milk, and afternoon tea was available at the restaurant. Both the kids and the seniors absolutely loved these thoughtful touches! **High-Speed Rail Transfer Service**: The service was incredibly considerate. We could easily pre-book a shuttle service to tourist attractions with the front desk, which was extremely convenient! Beyond that, the kids were thrilled with the hotel's swimming pool and the rooftop hot spring. Our itinerary only allowed for a one-night stay, but the children were so happy they didn't want to leave!"
