"rooms are simple and basic as shown clearly in the hotel photos but bed was comfy,there was a hotpot to fix coffee or oatmeal in your room , tv with some English stations and tho small I did not feel cramped. There is a balcony with views over canal by the top floor breakfast room and a living room area with fake fireplace and comfy sofas in the lobby area. the checkin crew were helpful with local info and I thank the gentleman who told me where I could find a nearby machine to buy a bus ticket. Beautiful church and theater right across the street, not at all a bad deal for the affordable price."

"This hotel allows early check-in. There were construction scaffolding outside the window of the first room. The second room had no wifi signal. It happened that my data card ran out and I could only handle things in the corridor. The third room had wifi signal. The waiters were pretty nice. They helped me take care of the room without any pushback. It's rare that this hotel has a gym. No one goes there in the morning. Although there are not many equipments, they are usable. There is free coffee. There are two-in-one towels, shower gel and shampoo, and you can bring your own toothbrush."

"Fabulous in every way. From our arrival in the late afternoon when Alexander on Reception welcomed us with a smile and the key to our room to our departure two days later again with a genuine smile and wave goodbye we felt well looked after. Our room was lovely, clean and warm. My request for a room away from the lift was acknowledged and followed … and whilst we didn’t have a ‘view’ as such .. it was just nice to be able to open the door to the small balcony to allow fresh air in when we wanted to.
The room was styled in a simple modern Scandi Style and the bed, pillows and duvet so very very comfortable .. one of the best beds I have slept in in Europe so far. And a REAL plant .. a sweet touch.
My only one slightly unsmiley face .. the shower over a bath tub .. great shower, good water pressure, but you have to climb into and out of the bath tub which could be challenging for some.
All in all a fabulous hotel, comfortable clean stylish room, friendly helpful staff… oh and the most wonderful breakfast (included) .. would definitely recommend and will stay again next time I am in Aarhus."

"The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, but the corridor had a strange smell, a dense airtight suffocation or smelly feet, I couldn't say it, and the corridor looked dirty!
The room hygiene and layout are unreasonable, especially the desk that can be used as an office desk, very unreasonable, the seat is very uncomfortable, I was forced to change to another lounge chair!
The sheets I thought were not clean which made me have an allergic reaction, leaving the last day with a red rash, and I didn't go to comment because of politeness!
The location is close to the train station is an advantage!
I live for a short time, but I do not recommend, I live in an uncomfortable environment for a week, the pressure is very high!"

"Very retro hotel, the facilities are a little old, but the breakfast here is particularly good! I have stayed in many hotels on business trips abroad. The taste of this breakfast can basically be ranked in my mind. In addition, the service attitude is also very good. There is a handwritten welcome letter in the room when you check in. It feels very hard!"

SStigI have actually stayed at this hotel several times before, however this is the first time I experienced what I would describe as TERRIBLE service from one of the hotels employees.
A large Danish man who was manning the reception at the time of our departure was incredibly rude to my friend whom I was staying at the hotel with. She is Chinese, and he addressed her condescendingly using racist slur and almost speaking to her as if she was a criminal trying to cheat the hotel.
A very disappointing experience at an otherwise wonderful hotel. All the other employees we encountered during our stay (all female employees) were very nice and helpful, but nonetheless, with the price charged by this hotel, I find it unacceptable to receive terrible and offensive treatment from any single one employee.
I truly hope the hotel will view this feedback positive and constructive, as it is just one single person in your organization ruining it.

GGuest UserCome to Aarhus for a business trip, a good value for money hotel, and sanitary conditions are OK. Self-service check-in is very convenient. There is a password cabinet for luggage storage on the first floor to facilitate luggage storage on the day after check-out.
The downside is that living on the second floor, the bus stop downstairs is a bit noisy. It takes about ten minutes to walk to the nearest 711. There is a 24-hour unmanned convenience store next to it, but foreign tourists are more difficult to enter.

GGuest UserThe traffic is really convenient! In the city center, you don't say that you are adjacent to the main transportation hub, the art museum attractions and the supermarket. The hotel is also clean and tidy! Very good! Breakfast is also quite rich. Also equipped with a gym.

GGuest UserWe had booked 1 room, where it said it was not approved, completely OK, We tried again and it went through and we got an email about it so everything was just fine, we were happy because we had been there before.
We showed up on the day, were a little early for it, but if we paid 100kr, we could get in at 3 pm, but we sat down and drank a cup of coffee and waited so the time would suit, our family came later. They ask if we want the key, since two rooms have been booked, we say no thank you because we don't want their room.
Now our children come and get their key, where they say there is a book another room, we say no and show our first room, had not gone through and they could see that. But... now they had to call and investigate what had happened, my brother-in-law was very helpful and talked and told, but it took approx. 1 1/2 hours
And investigate it, well he got 1 drink ticket as a thank you for the help.
We were going to eat, there were 4 of us. We ordered and it said blue potatoes, where I said we didn't just want chips, no it was a kind of blue potato, but it was chips so we went up to the chef and asked for real potatoes and we got that, everything Ok. Our children ordered a steak and there was some greens that they chose from and asked for extra potatoes instead, they got two very small rösti, they got it twice more, that was so nice. When we had to pay there were extra potatoes on the bill 130 kr. We had never tried that anywhere, but Ok we paid.
What should have been a good weekend just turned into a very bad experience, we have never experienced anything like it 😡

AAnonymous UserCompletely in the city center, parking is not convenient (parked in a nearby shopping mall, register the license plate number at the front desk of the hotel, tell the front desk when checking out, the parking fee will be placed in the party fee, so that the car can be out of the parking lot). Public transportation is more suitable for business travelers.
The breakfast was very rich and it was very good.

We have MASH steak tube on the 1st floor, Japanese and cattle, local beef, salmon, etc., suitable for multi-person dinners
Hotel location has not to say, the bus is next to burgerking, the toilet in the room is not convenient, the bathroom reminds me of Hong Kong, no faucet is very inconvenient. Breakfast is in the basement.
Interested you can experience their elevator, there is a sense of year, but it has been used, which kind of elevator door needs to be opened 😁

PPeterThe location is just perfect - easy to everything in walking distance. To experience the city of Århus in a weekend this is definitely outstanding. Although large room with both fine kitchen and good space for table and bed.
The kitchen with all facilities so you can really cook in the room if it was interesting.
