One mezzanine has a TV, DVD and video player. The house is modern with good decor and a wood-burning stove in the living room. Kitchen from 2010 with dish washer, freezer and microwave oven. Pool area with whirlpool and direct access to a large bathroom with underfloor heating and a sauna. The 18 m² large pool has a water slide and a 2 m² children's pool. There is an additional bathroom with underfloor heating. The house has both a covered and open terrace with barbecue and garden furniture.
