"The hotel is clean. Difficult to reach by bus or on foot from the airport.
Self-check-in after 8:30 p.m. is a negative; I couldn't pay the city tax with my card at the check-in terminal. Then I contacted the 24-hour service by ringing the bell at the machine. The man was very rude, said he didn't have a reservation from me, and hung up. After ringing several times, no one answered the hotline. I was lucky that another guest paid the city tax for me (even after two attempts with two different debit cards), and I gave it to her in cash, and I was able to check into the hotel. Absolutely unacceptable."
