"This is a hotel booked on the same day in Nantes. It was properly used as a hotel in the city. There are other hotel branches with the same name, so I think you should find it well on the first way. There were many difficulties in entering in front of the entrance gate (fortunately, I was able to enter safely with the help of other guests who can speak French). If you check in late at night, I hope you can prepare for it at the hotel. The breakfast buffet was simple but delicious. Above all, the service that left my luggage for free at the branch of other hotels was very good. If you go to Nantes, you will book again."

"I stayed in a very spacious room—true to its description, it’s an apartment setup, so you can cook if you’d like (I didn’t bother; the city’s food scene is way too tempting!). The staff were incredibly helpful, and everything about my stay was just amazing. The area around the hotel is wonderfully quiet, perfect for a good night’s sleep.
One thing to note: it’s about a 25-minute walk to the city center, but I actually enjoyed it—perfect for stretching my legs and soaking in the sights. If you love exploring on foot like I do, it’s a bonus!"

"The hotel is very well located, the staff are excellent, the room is very well, the 24-hour club is a good one, with aperitifs from 18:30 to 20, with drinks included. Frishers and alcoholic beverages are paid separately; before and after the aperitif you have free cookies, sauces, home cookies, all a luxury, in a very pleasant place, with a table-based computer at your disposal and tables and sofas.
But: the lighting switches a chaos, you have to have a plan of which switch switches off each light, the worst shower you have to pass over the shower plate every time you have to go to the toilet or to the washing room, if you have to shower, , to go to the washing room or to the toilet tic climb the water that remained in the shower, very dangerous, as you can swallow and are surrounded by glass doors, that distribution is not understood"

SSupertravelpandaAt arrival we were welcomed by Anthony who helped us entering the street of the pedestrian zone and the parking lot. Fortunately there were still parking spaces , there are 10 in total, if available it is free. That’s a plus! What a service. He helped us check in show us around. When our safe has a technical failure he sorted a solution providing a new one. The hotel is in the middle of the centre 2 minutes from La Cigale. Good breakfast with self service nespresso coffee and the best madeleine. What disappointed me was the inappropriate frugality of the amenities. Why one bottle of 500 ml mineral water while we are with 2 persons? How much does this cost? And used Rituals toiletries from previous guests? Seriously in a 4 star hotel. When questioning they came with 2 new mini bottles but in the end give me one new bottle to replace the half used one. Why so stingy? When informing it was because of sustainability and to prevent waste. A good cause but why bothering using mini toiletries at all and not change to use only large bottles of refillables? It feels a bit half-hearted and unable to choose between customer service and thriftiness.

Reception desk was very helpful and we had great breakfast services there! It is good experience to stay at Nantes, the location was just cross the door to the train station. perfect location.
Meanwhile the living room is equipped with a lot of shared space for co-working, perfect!

GGuest UserStaff were friendly and very helpful. Apar**ent was excellent as was the view from the windows. Lots of space to relax in and plenty surface area for cooking and serving dinner (nice big wooden table).
Would have given it 5 stars (rather than 4) for amenities except we had difficulty operating the cooker (neither of us had used an induction hob before and didn’t know that we needed to match the pot size with the ring/hob size and so it kept turning off confusing us).
It was for my birthday and the staff had put happy birthday balloons on the bed and that was a nice touch. It was a good birthday and I enjoyed the space, wine and food we cooked. Shower was also noticeably nice.

The location is good, the welcome from the staff was good and the breakfast was cafeteria style.
When I arrived I was told that I had booked two rooms which I certainly had not and this is still in dispute with Trip!
I had an early flight the next morning and booked a morning call at 3am and a taxi for 4am.
I never received the 3am morning call but did wake up early to discover that one of my flights had been cancelled so I went down to Reception to cancel my taxi as my airline had re-booked me on a later flight. I reached reception at around 3:30 to find in unattended. I eventually found a cleaner from Emliss Propriorty Service who spoke very basic English and I speak no French. After trying to explain that I wanted to cancel my taxi he got on the phone and spoke to someone else but as I speak no French I was unable to understand what was going on. So a frustrating stay for an international event

FFlorian Vasile 81When i arrived at the hotel reception there was a sweet lady that explained to me everything I needed to know about the amenities and the accommodation. That's a big plus from me.
Very close to F.C. Nantes stadium, if someone is interested.
The room was medium size with almost everything you might need.
The bathroom has all the amenities but the shower room was a bit downsized.
The only big disappointment from my point of view was the lack of air- con ( they have just a fan that doesn't make any difference when it is 36 degrees outside).
