"First, I’ll note the advantages, of which there are many:
- cool atmosphere around and in the evening (the unique flavor of Arab culture is created by the dabka dance, which is danced by top managers of the hotel together with male visitors immediately after dinner)

- the dome room has everything you need to take a shower and relax.
- we were fed several times for free (access to the restaurant buffet)
- interesting food (but the choice is quite modest)
Minuses:
- it’s very hot in the dome during the day (air conditioning will not improve the situation), but we were offered to wait in another tent room, for which thanks to the hotel managers.
- synthetic bedding and blankets
- there is no lunch, so if you want to eat you need to take something in reserve (the camp only has breakfast and dinner)

"We really enjoyed our stay at UFO Luxotel. One thing to note is that the hotel is not within the Wadi Rum protected area, so it is about 5 minutes drive to the main gate. The hotel does have some partnership with the local bedouins who can take you on a desert or camel tour, but it is better to liaise with the local bedouin on your own. The bubble tents are really nice, made of plastic, comes with a standing shower, washbasin and a comfortable bed. There is air conditioning inside the tent. Outside the tent, there is a hammock and some chairs. At night, the weather in the desert can get quite cold so we enjoyed the special fur blanket provided in the room. There was a stargazing photography course but we did not sign up for it. The food was absolutely delicious, from the dinner with local dishes and underground baked lamb, to the breakfast buffet. Since our tent was quite far from the entrance, there was a buggy to send us to our room. But on the day of the checkout, after calling reception, the buggy took a bit longer than expected. Overall we enjoyed our stay in the desert in these luxury tents, and the price was affordable."

"Our stay at Shaheen Camp was an incredible experience, even though we were transferred to Hasan Zawaideh Camp due to the low season. Since the camps are next to each other, and likely have the same owners, the transition was seamless, and we were warmly welcomed upon arrival.
From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. The staff made sure we felt at home, offering delicious tea, traditional dance, and live music, creating a truly immersive Bedouin experience. The variety of tours and activities they provided allowed us to explore the breathtaking landscapes of Wadi Rum in an unforgettable way.
The food was outstanding—authentic, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. Every meal felt like a special occasion, adding to the magic of our stay.
The only minor point for improvement was the bed setup, as it was made up of two single beds combined, but honestly, this was such a small detail compared to the overall incredible experience we had.

"This was my very first time in Wadi Rum, and I had an amazing stay at Hasan Zawaideh camp 2. Everyone was incredibly polite and helpful. The camp itself is stunning beautiful, quiet, and well maintained. It's the perfect place for anyone looking for a warm and welcoming atmosphere in Wadi Rum.
What really stood out to me was the hospitality. I truly felt at home here. A special thanks to the manager who took us to see the sunset on our first day, it was a memorable experience!

The food was super generous at every meal, each bowl was bigger than my hand, and the people were very enthusiastic. They helped me contact the driver to Petra and sent me to the visitor center. Take the initiative to give lots of cold water every time. The boss is also very nice to talk to. He said that if there are many people, they will have a bonfire party and sing and dance together, but since I was the only one that day, it was a pity that I didn’t experience it.

GGuest UserFirst of all, I live in both Bubble and UFO. They both belong to the Luxotel camp and share the lobby and restaurant together. So it can be compared that the good thing is that the camp is beautiful and the room is a relatively luxurious tent. The air conditioner is warm and cold. Self-control, Bubble has hot water but I didn’t have hot water when I took a bath in UFO (washed within the time they stipulated), breakfast and dinner buffet are included in it, the food is very rich, and there are restaurants that can be ordered all day during the day But the food is very average, but it is understandable because most of the guests go out to play during the day. Because of the structure, Bubble needs to be blown by air all the time, so it is noisier than UFO, but it is brighter because it is basically transparent and more One room, UFO is like a tent, and it feels more solid. When it rained heavily on the first night in Bubble, a little rain still seeped in. This is not good or bad, it depends on personal preference

The drinks in the restaurant are all above 3JD, which is equivalent to 30 yuan for a bottle of Coke, and a plate of the simplest pasta costs more than 100 yuan. If you If you want to exchange money, the exchange rate given by the hotel is much lower than outside, because the hotel is in the desert, unless you are driving a four-wheel drive SUV, don't follow the navigation to drive inside! There is their meeting point at the motorway exit closest to the hotel, park there and let them pick you up! I was so focused on driving that I didn’t notice this, and as a result, I drove the car into the desert and ran aground according to the navigation. I called them to ask them to rescue them, but they insisted that I send them the location by WhatsApp. I said I didn’t even have it. How to send it to you! I explained several times that I used googlemap to get here from Petra, and now I am 10 minutes away from you, which is 4.7 kilometers away (Figure 4). You can follow the navigation on googlemap and walk backwards to find me, wouldn’t it be good? ! But they refused to listen to them, and asked me to send the address over and over again. After more than an hour, I gave up waiting and started hiking in the desert for more than one kilometer. I found a car and rescued me. A driver from another camp and his car The Russian tourist helped dig my car tires out of the sand and helped me drive the car to a place where I could see the camp, the big Russian guy asked me where I was from, I said China, then he said Russia and China We have always been good friends 👏, so cute! I finally arrived at the camp just like surviving in the wilderness, but no one cared about how I saved myself in the end! ? And complained that two cars lined up to find me! ? Because that afternoon I also arranged to see the performance on the train (included in the Jordan pass), which is actually not far from their meeting place. I want to pick up and drop off at the hotel because I don’t dare to drive anymore. They I asked for 40JD in cash, and I didn’t allow it to be recorded in the room.
