"The room was spacious and wonderful, equipped with a dining table, washing machine and dryer. As I checked in outside business hours, I received clear instructions via SMS on how to check in, where the parking lot was, and how to enter. Parking is an additional fee (600 yen including tax), but I was sent a URL for card payments, which allowed me to pay without any trouble. However, I used the nationwide travel support to stay here, and had a very unpleasant experience with the exchange of regional coupons.
