It’s a relatively dated property but well maintained. A small public onsen with a rotenburo, and a small private onsen within the room comfortable for two. The spring water through the property is the same. Meals provided are extensive, balanced and nutritious featuring local specialities like yam, Yamagata and Yonezawa beef. Drinks are offered at the lounge in the afternoon from 1700, morning coffee and tea available from 0800. Overall a comfortable and luxurious stay."

That day, JR was suspended due to a sudden snowstorm, and it was near 12 o'clock that I arrived at JR station 3 ～ 4 hours later than scheduled. "九州から旅行でこちらに宿泊しました。 快適な時間を過ごすことができました。 スタッフの方たちも穏やかに出迎えていただきホスピタリティー溢れていました。 お部屋も綺麗に整えられており、冷やしたおしぼりが冷蔵庫にあったこと、浴衣も選べることなど清潔で大満足です。 お風呂も大浴場は髪の毛一つ落ちておらず明るく、とても清潔感あり、お湯も気持ちよく、いつもなら朝に入浴しないのですが、つい入ってしまいました！ そしてお食事も夕食、朝食と大変満足です！優しいお味で量も多くもなく、少なくもなくちょうど良かったです。 ラウンジもゆっくりと過ごすことができました。グレープフルーツジュースがとても美味しかったです！ ホテル全体が細かな心配りがされていると感じました。 また、泊まりたいです。良い思い出になりました。ありがとうございました。"
