"First of all, I like to give a credit to 2 lady staff in this hotel. The first one is the lady who can speak fluent English, she tried very best to answer us and helped us to carry the baggage to the shuttle bus. The other lady staff in the front desk on 15/3 night going to my room to fix room facilities and helped me to out the luggage to the shuttle bus on 16/3 too.
The hotel in general all staff are nice and helpful. If you like to see sunrise, you better remarked it when you did the booking or ask the check in staff when arrival. The French restaurant is delicious. Public Onsen provided in a convenient time slot. We enjoyed our stay very much. Only recommend the hotel can include breakfast or snack in the room charge."

"It was a wonderful place. Quite as I wanted. My room
was with lovely details and everything well prepared. Train station was 6 minutes walk and the beach just across the street also 2 minutes walk only. With approx 15 minutes walk you could be in the next bigger area with food shops restaurants and the nice river. I could book a private 50 minute outdoor onsen time and it was awesome. The stuff are absolutely friendly and helpful. I felt so comfortable and had no wishes. I would come back."

"This is a bit worn out and simple hotel. The best things were the extremely friendly and helpful staff, as well as the super delicious dinner & breakfast that was included in the price. I ate maybe the most delicious croissant ever here. The variety and the quality of food was great. Things to improve are the facilities, especially the onsen. It’s very small but more importantly, it wasn’t well maintained and there was no emergency button. When my mom felt like fainting, it wasn’t possible to call for help.
Also the air conditioner in the room was very loud, making it difficult to sleep. All in all, good stay."

"There are hot springs indoors and outdoors where you can soak in hot springs. It is always hot no matter what time you soak! There are fish outside the room, and the aunt at the front desk gave fish food to feed. The scenery is beautiful during the day and is suitable for vacation. "The staff are very polite and always willing to help. The room is big and comfortable. The sound-proof work is also effective, so I hardly hear any noise from rooms nearby.
However, note that the hotel is in the middle of a mountain. If you don’t drive, you have to rely on the car service which the hotel offers (free of charge but not always available). It is almost impossible to go by foot.
However, I must say the hotel staff has always tried their best to cater your needs, which I appreicate very much."

"I booked a hotel that is close to Kawazu to see the cherry blossoms. The hotel is a typical Japanese hotel. There are strict time periods for checkin and checkout. There is a curfew from 23:00 to 6:00 in the evening. Dinner is at 18:00 and breakfast is at 8:00, but it will not be served to the room like the most traditional Japanese style. You will still eat on the first floor, which is more respectful of privacy and freedom. The hotel is only a 10-minute walk from Kawazu Station, and there is a pick-up service, but I didn't make a reservation because I wanted to enjoy the flowers on the way.
As for the service, the receptionist was really patient and gentle. Because only a few people can speak English, the female general used a translator to translate it into English for me. In the end, I helped her change it into Japanese and Chinese 👐.
The hotel facilities are relatively old, but they are generally clean. The open-air bath faces the sea. It is really invincible if the weather is good, but it is not hot spring water, just an ordinary bath. I didn't use the public one so I don't know the situation.
But! The hotel has a really great view, with the sea in front and cherry blossoms in the back. You can watch the sunrise in the morning. The elevator has the estimated sunrise time for each day of this month. Unfortunately, it rained on the day I stayed there, so I didn't see the sunrise and sunset.
In particular, the dinner and breakfast were invincible. It rained and was windy in Hejin on the first day I arrived, so I had no choice but to stay in the hotel to watch the sea. I was really disappointed, but because the meal package was great, I enjoyed it as if I were just going on vacation. There was also a free beer in the lobby every afternoon, free ice cream after dinner, and a massage chair. It felt like feeding pigs every day. The most fortunate thing was that I stayed for one night, and the sky cleared up the next day. The cherry blossoms in Hejin were so beautiful, and it was worth the trip.
In general, the price-performance ratio is slightly worse, but if the weather is good, it should be better than my experience."

Очень все понятно объяснили сразу, когда я приехала, где что находится и как пользоваться. Онсены называли bathroom. Номер хорошо обогревается кондиционером. Мне бесплатно повысили категорию номера до вида на море. Очень приятно было пить чай на балконе и смотреть на море и горы. Столовая, где утром завтрак, тоже отличается прекрасным видом. До цветения в кавадзу можно дойти за 20 минут по красивой дороге."

AAiwandexiaopengyouIt's a great hotel. Once you make a reservation, someone will call you to confirm your arrival time and dining time. You can also book a car to pick you up at Hejin Station. Because we didn’t confirm what time we would arrive at the hotel, and we didn’t book a car. Unexpectedly, when we arrived at Hejin Station, there was an uncle waiting for me holding a sign with my name. It was so touching! The environment of the hotel is very good. There are only 7 rooms in total. The service staff are very nice. Although their English is not good, they try to communicate with translators and basically meet our needs.
You can book a private bath time when you stay in the hotel. The private bath is not big, but it is more than enough for two people to soak in. It is very comfortable and the milk provided for bathing is delicious. The hotel's environment is very new, the breakfast and dinner are delicious and plentiful, and the overall value for money is actually quite high.
The hotel is actually only six or seven minutes' walk from Hejin Station, which is still very close. There are also convenience stores, supermarkets and drugstores opposite Hejin Station, which is very convenient. Recommended!

I think my son and I are quite sensitive to taste, but the food here was very satisfying. I think that the appetizer is different from other places, but it was a dish that made the best use of the ingredients without taking out each dish. The food was great in everything. Also, since it was hot water flowing directly from the source, I was able to relax in both the three private baths and the large communal bath. My husband has neuralgia, so I was happy to say that it was very effective for neuralgia. All the staff were attentive. I thought it was a wonderful inn with a history of nearly 100 years. I would like to visit you again.

PPANGTake the elderly to see the Kawaji Sakura, which is just in full bloom in mid-February. Very happy. There is a bus to the hotel at the bus stop near Hejin Station. At the information desk, we showed the hotel address, and the uncle staff instructed to get off at the ”Ciyanyuanqian” stop, which is the opposite! It is also convenient (note that the bus schedule is very sparse, the journey takes about 20 minutes, and the fare is 400 yen per person). On the return trip, the hotel has a free car to take us away. The environment of the hotel is elegant and clean, and the dinner and breakfast are all right. There is night cherry during the check-in period, and the hotel has a free car arrangement after dinner (not to imagine China and the United States, it is a pity not to see it). The hotel has to take the stairs and the bathroom is outside the room, so the elderly should pay attention! Overall satisfactory.
