"Since it was a car trip, it was convenient to park the parking lot for free. It may be a little inconvenient without a car. The amenities were basic and the room was clean. If you walk a little, there are shops and you can get frozen pasta or fried rice, so I think it's not a problem with eating."

"There are many business hotels around Ube Shinkawa Station, so even though it was only a 5-minute walk, it felt a little far from the station. However, there was a convenience store nearby and the hotel was in a quiet location, so it was not an inconvenient place to stay. The ochazuke breakfast was also delicious.
Also, if you are staying multiple nights, the front desk is on the second floor, but you don't need to leave your room card there, and you can take the elevator directly to the first floor, so you can easily access the first floor and your room without having to rush around when meeting someone the next day. If I have the opportunity to come to Ube Shinkawa again, I would like to use this hotel."
