"Whilst the resort, food, and staff were excellent, and we felt very safe during our two-day stay, we do have a few comments and observations that might help enhance the overall guest experience:
1. Access Road: The dirt road leading to the resort is in need of a major overhaul. I could only imagine what it would be like in heave rain.
2. Lighting and Signage: We arrived after sunset, and driving down to the resort felt a bit like navigating white-water rapids! Installing solar-powered lights along the path would make a big difference — it’s a relatively inexpensive and sustainable solution. Additionally, some clear signposting would help reassure visitors that they’re on the right track.
3. Breakfast: Our room included breakfast; however, we were surprised to learn on arrival that it was a continental breakfast only. Full breakfast was at a premium. That said, the locally made cinnamon cream cheese spread was absolutely delicious.
Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return."
