The hotel was the perfect place to stay only a 5minute walk down to the beach and there are endless food options near by. all the attractions are around 10-15mins drive. 10/10 hotel the staff was amazing and very helpful. the rooftop was so nice the best spot to get a tan and go swimming in the pool"

"The best personnel ever , my credit card are blocked at the moment of ordering taxi, so I was really late to the airport without any money to order new taxi and one of the ladies on reception made for me post paid booking , and they saved my life otherwise I would loose like 1.5K euro. God bless for her , best service ever !"

"Overall the hotel wasn't bad~~ The breakfast was ok and the room was ok! The staff were very kind. We couldn't go to the pool because we were tired, but the pool atmosphere was nice and the songs kept coming out, so it was exciting~~ The surrounding infrastructure was a little poor, but we were able to easily go to other places, so we were satisfied. "Location: There is a beach right in front of the hotel, and it is also close to a small bus terminal. Room: Spacious enough for me to stay comfortably with my son. Breakfast: One of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve ever had. Kids’ Facilities: There is a kids’ room where my 4-year-old could play with a staff member, so I was able to enjoy some free time. Swimming Pool: The pool is a bit deep for kids (about 1.3–1.4 m, I think), but the water is pleasantly warm."

"Very spacious and clean. Staff is not always on site (a lot of automated replies via chat) but otherwise they were very helpful. Location is close to transport (10min walk) but not much else cose to the flat. Works well as a hub to travel around Malta. A few notes: Be sure to request on demand heating in advance, if required. I visited late March and it was a bit cold at night. The hot water on the shower runs out quickly for some reason, but I was alone and didn’t suffer much from that. No amenities included, but a few small grocery shops at walking distance."

"Very good, the best hotel I have ever stayed in in this trip 7-8 countries! The space is large and the bedroom is not very noisy at night when the door is closed (although the door is not very soundproof, the indoor door is relatively soundproof), large refrigerator, washing machine, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, air conditioner (although it is an ordinary air conditioner but with heating and cooling) are all good, The stove is hot and much more powerful than hotels with kitchens! There is also a free day rooftop bath (although we are not interested in this). Things are not broken, the bathroom is not leaking, there is a charging port that can bring IPAD on the bedside, and some rooms have international general sockets. Unlike many self-service hotels, this hotel does not have to throw garbage at the door of the room and wait for it to be collected... Although some necessities have to be supplemented by themselves, they are still more cost-effective than others. The washing machine is in a small corner room opposite the balcony, and has no drying function, giving outdoor drying racks. If you want to buy things and cook by yourself, there are small supermarkets within a few steps, and there are larger supermarkets within 300 meters, Asian supermarkets, and vegetable and fruit shops. The boss was very enthusiastic about making an appointment to run to the house and said everything he could say and gave free chocolate and wine! The biggest disadvantage may be that you have to take a taxi to famous scenic spots? Note: The hotel is checked out at 10 o'clock, unlike most of the others!"

"The simple but clean rooms and the charming cleaning girls. We can't say the same about the reception staff, they didn't even leave us a pen. Not all of them, but there were a couple who were quite unfriendly."

"Pebbles Resort has a lot of positives but also some areas for improvement. Location: The location is excellent. It’s situated near a bus stop where you can catch buses to almost every route in Malta. Buses are frequent and cost only €2 for a two-hour ride. The square is a short six-minute walk, offering plenty of food options. Beaches are just a quick bus ride away, and ferries are also easily accessible. Hotel Facilities: The hotel has two pools: an outdoor one and a warm indoor pool. The indoor pool is very comfortable, but the hot tub was disappointing—colder than the pool and with jets that only work for 30 seconds at a time, requiring constant button-pressing. The towels provided for pool use are old and could use an upgrade. The gym is small and often busy, so timing is key if you want to work out. Food: The food was surprisingly fresh and delicious. Unlike many hotel buffets, the staff at Pebbles Resort rotates trays frequently, ensuring the food is both fresh and appealing. However, the buffet and à la carte menus are separate, which was disappointing. I couldn’t try items like cheesecake or creamed chicken from the buffet during à la carte dining. Rooms: The room itself was nice, with some standout features like the television built into the mirror. The balcony was a good size, but my stay was marred by a neighbor plucking cigarette ashes over their balcony instead of using the ashtray provided. Additionally, the refrigerator never got cold, which was inconvenient as there are no ice buckets in the rooms, forcing me to go to the bar for ice. Service: Service left a lot to be desired. When we arrived, our room wasn’t ready. Despite being the only ones waiting, the staff couldn’t expedite the process, leaving my daughter to fall asleep on the lobby couch—a completely embarrassing experience. The hotel also lacks luggage carts and staff to assist with heavy luggage, which is especially frustrating when traveling with kids and a lot of bags. Conclusion: While Pebbles Resort offers a fantastic location, good food, and decent facilities, it falls short in service and attention to detail. Small improvements, like better towels, functional hot tubs, luggage assistance, and quicker room readiness, could elevate the experience significantly. Rating: 3.5/5"
