"I just book for two nights but after 24 hrs, they keep knocking on the door and I asked why, they said check out time, however 23 is my check out time. I always check in on their hotel of course I know my check out time. Tho, it was still my to go hotel but maybe I'll try to explore other hotels for now."

From the moment I arrived, the staff welcomed me warmly ( thanks Ms. Marj and Ms. Aimerie ) and went above and beyond to make me and my wife feel comfortable. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and every staff member I encountered was courteous, professional, and attentive to detail. The room was spotless, well-prepared, and equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Housekeeping maintained the cleanliness impeccably, and I truly appreciated the little touches that showed great care."

"My room was plenty big, the bed was too hard for my complete enjoyment. They really needed to change the shower head as it was dirty and old. They don’t have a gym as was advertised but they have a sister hotel 5 minutes away where you can use its gym and pool. The front desk people were not all that friendly but not rude either. Good breakfast but limited."

"When we arrived at the resort, the nature vibe and peaceful ambience instantly stood out. The staff, even the guard at the front gate, welcomed us with smiles and their service was consistently great from check-in to check-out. Check-in was super quick, which I appreciated since I was with a senior citizen. We stayed in Cabana 101, the room was spacious and had everything we needed. There were two dining tables, one in the patio and one inside, plus a griller. The jacuzzi inside the room was such a nice bonus which my mom really enjoyed, and toiletries were already provided in the bathroom. One of my favorite parts was the buggy service. My mom is a senior and a PWD, and she really enjoyed it. We didn’t even need to use her mobility scooter at all. The pool area was clean and well maintained, and the hot spring was so relaxing. The view around the resort was beautiful too. Breakfast was okay for the price, but again, the staff made the experience so pleasant because they were very accommodating and warm. I also love that it’s pet-friendly. My only small suggestions would be to limit the live band until 10 p.m. since it’s a nature resort and maybe add more sockets inside the room. Oh and also, maybe add a light in the griller section of the Cabanas. We had to use our flashlights when we grilled at night. Overall, we had such a good stay. The place was peaceful, the staff were amazing and highly commendable, and we’re already planning our next visit!"

"The food from the kitchen was nice. The place had hot water. 2 towels provided. Every pillow case had a stain on it which was suspicious in nature, so we elected to not use them and buy our own pillow. The sheet also, we bought 2 blankets, one to sleep on, one to sleep under. I booked and paid for until the 5th but left on the 3rd for another hotel accepting loosing money. The mattress was very uncomfortable and caused back pain. bring your own body wash and shampoo. The location is where I thought I wanted to be, but upon arriving, turns out it’s not much of a central hub. Traffic all day and all night. So clean so good, maybe not. Wouldn’t stay again."

"Place is so serene and such a welcome respite from living in the city -- everywhere you look is greenery, cool breeze caresses your face, and sounds of crickets and cicadas serenade you in the early evening to night. A gaggle of ducks scattered near the streams and tiny ponds within the vicinity, which you have the option to feed or just watch as they paddle around. Swimming in the pools is refreshing given the blistering summer heat, but be warned that the mountain spring water can be a bit too cold for most. The restaurant and cafe by the entrance which are an attraction in itself serve sumptuous meals at reasonable prices and can truly satiate everyone in the group given their huge servings. To say we're pleased with this gem of a place is an understatement. We loved every minute of our stay and the kids are raring to go back again."

"My daughter and my family stayed on 2 suite family rooms for 2 nights last 29 July 2023. The rooms were big enough. The only thing we don't like was there was one cockroach inside each of the rooms. - 2 cockroach in total. My daughter complained about this as we have 2 x 8 months old babies with us. The receptionist did respond though and tried catching and killing the cockroaches. One of the sinks in the toilet did get blocked on the last stay of our stay. The air conditioning was good. The hotel just needs to maintain their hygiene and cleanliness and try to get rid of the cockroaches on their hotel. Otherwise, hoyel staff are nice with the hotel with good location as near the main city and market."
