The biggest plus of this hotel is definitely its proximity to Enchanted Kingdom — it’s just a few minutes away, which made it very convenient for our itinerary. The location is easy to find and accessible by both private car and public transport. There are also nearby restaurants, convenience stores, and even malls if you need anything during your stay. The room I stayed in was clean, neatly arranged, and had a modern minimalist design that was both functional and easy on the eyes. The bed was comfortable, the air-conditioning worked well, and I appreciated that the linens and towels were fresh. The space isn't overly large, but it’s well laid out — perfect for short stays. The bathroom was clean, with hot and cold shower options, and basic toiletries were provided. A small desk area made it easy to use my laptop when I needed to catch up on work. The staff was friendly, professional, and quick to assist with check-in and check-out. They were also helpful in giving directions and answering questions about nearby attractions. "Booked due to power outage during the typhoon. It was a bit flooding outside so it was difficult to reach convenience stores. Water was seeping into the window and dripping into the floor. But you can ignore it. Overall , it was still a nice stay if you don't have that much choice in the city."

"My daughter and my family stayed on 2 suite family rooms for 2 nights last 29 July 2023. The rooms were big enough. The only thing we don't like was there was one cockroach inside each of the rooms. - 2 cockroach in total. My daughter complained about this as we have 2 x 8 months old babies with us. The receptionist did respond though and tried catching and killing the cockroaches. One of the sinks in the toilet did get blocked on the last stay of our stay. The air conditioning was good. The hotel just needs to maintain their hygiene and cleanliness and try to get rid of the cockroaches on their hotel. Otherwise, hoyel staff are nice with the hotel with good location as near the main city and market."

"Place is so serene and such a welcome respite from living in the city -- everywhere you look is greenery, cool breeze caresses your face, and sounds of crickets and cicadas serenade you in the early evening to night. A gaggle of ducks scattered near the streams and tiny ponds within the vicinity, which you have the option to feed or just watch as they paddle around. Swimming in the pools is refreshing given the blistering summer heat, but be warned that the mountain spring water can be a bit too cold for most. The restaurant and cafe by the entrance which are an attraction in itself serve sumptuous meals at reasonable prices and can truly satiate everyone in the group given their huge servings. To say we're pleased with this gem of a place is an understatement. We loved every minute of our stay and the kids are raring to go back again."
