It is a 410 square-meter single-story concrete and glass (floor-to-ceiling) home with marble floors and wainscoting throughout. It includes 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a living room, a TV room, a screened porch, a kitchen, and a moated dining area. All rooms are air conditioned and bedrooms additionally have ceiling fans. Other amenities on the property include a swimming pool and hot tub with waterfalls (hot tub available beginning 1 August 2025), a giant chess board, terraced outdoor dining, a full-sized outdoor pickleball/basketball court (with tennis and volleyball) and an orchard area with nearly 100 cacao trees.
