If you want to have dinner, remember to order it with the counter before 3 pm! (There is no phone in the room! Go to the counter by yourself!) "The reception was already unfriendly. The bungalow was relatively poorly equipped, the remote control for the air conditioning was faulty, low water pressure in the shower, no pool towels, no toiletries apart from a microscopic bar of soap. The view of the countryside was beautiful, but we had already enjoyed it extensively on our three-hour drive from Dalaguete. The grilled fish was killed twice, once by the fisherman's hand and once by its stay in the freezer for several months. The vegetable soup tasted of nothing, actually, just like the fish, inedible. We were not asked for drinks and the water, which we were allowed to fetch ourselves from a dispenser, was a good 30° warm. There were no other guests, the musicless dinner, bathed in the glaring light of the CCTV, gave the impression of a graveyard - completely desolate. We were charged 1200 pesos for this outrage. The impression of poor gastronomic service continued seamlessly at breakfast and culminated in the impertinence of wanting to charge 50 pesos for a second cup of coffee. We had booked for three nights and paid 21.1 Kpesos. I've never had worse value for money in seven months in the Philippines! After the first night, we packed our bags and left the resort. I will refrain from praising the beautiful pool or the great view due to the miserable overall performance. No recommendation."
