"The staff was magnificent, especially during the 1st day and the last 2 days of my stay. The I promise the television had no sound for the local channels once I notified the office they had immediately come out to switch out my television and do everything they possibly could to fix that issue. The staff was prompt and courteous and understanding. The owner and his wife are fabulous people. They explained the process on how I could get some of my money refunded since I paid a higher price online versus the price I would have paid in person at check-in. I will stay here again next year"
