This stay experience is perfect! The hotel lobby is very stylish, the room is clean and tidy, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the living is super safe. The check-in at the front desk was quick, the service was intimate, and I also helped recommend interesting places around. The hotel's gym facilities are also very complete, the breakfast is rich, and the stay is too satisfactory! 2. Staying at this hotel is really thunder! The room smelled strange, like it had not been ventilated for a long time, and there was water in the bathroom. The heating effect of the air conditioner was very poor. It was not warm for a long time. I called to reflect that the maintenance staff came for a long time. It was not repaired for a long time. Breakfast is unpalatable, the variety is small, the experience is not at all, and I will never come again next time! 3. Must praise this hotel! Good location, convenient travel, many foods around. The room decoration is simple and stylish, with excellent lighting and ventilation. The staff was kind and checked in and checked out very quickly. The gym and swimming pool facilities are well maintained, and the breakfast is a combination of Chinese and Western styles to meet the needs of different tastes. A great stay!"

"Room was spacious and clean and bed very comfortable. Complimentary shuttle to the stockyards. To be collected, you phone reception. Water provided, only downside is the remote didn’t work to switch TV on and off - also unable to enter channel number, had to scroll through the channels."

"My daughter and I were traveling for a gymnastics competition. We were pleased with the location's proximity to the Fort Worth Convention Center and dining options. The room and hotel were pretty clean overall. However, these are the weird things that ruined our stay: - The bathroom door knob was missing. I know it sounds weird, but there was no knob--just a big hole in the door where one should be. - The heat in our room did not work. We were cold and had it set to 80, but it only blew cold air. - Upon arrival at breakfast (included with our specific booking) no one acknowledged us or greeted us. We waited for a while and then I tracked down a worker putting out food to ask if we seat ourselves or if someone seats us. She did not reply to me (language barrier), but got someone to tell us we could just seat ourselves. It was confusing and unwelcoming. I witnessed other patrons enter after me and share the same confusion and have to ask as well. A simple greeting, welcome, or explanation could go a LONG way. I am not typically a complainer, so the issues above would've normally been mentioned at checkout for resolution before the next time they put someone in the room. It wasn't worth the hassle of moving to a different room. - (This was the biggie.) We had a family enter our room because they were given keys and assigned OUR room at check in. We had not checked out, and now our keys would no longer work. The family returned to the desk and were assigned a different room. When I asked about this mix up at the desk, they told me they ”didn't know how that had happened” like I was somehow making it up. They reprogrammed our key cards and assured us that no one else would bother us during the remainder of our stay. - They charged me for one night of parking instead of two, and charged me for breakfast although it was included with my booking. These charges were resolved and an apology was extended for the inconveniences of the stay. I would not stay at this hotel again, and will choose differently when traveling there next year. It was a hassle and a disappointment."

"Staff at the hotel are helpful. I couldn't make it to the hotel by the end of the day so I called them. Kris helped me check in in advance and it didn't take me long to get my keys when I got there. And Corane was nice to customers too."

"Above all, I was very satisfied with the facilities. The breakfast is delicious and it's next to a golf course, so it would be a good place to stay for leisure sports. Recommend to others"

"The staff very friendly n kind and understanding we lost our home to a fire a neighbor started n they let us stay in parking lot until we can check in I do recommend the motel it's easy to get to n you got some restaurants around but they always greet you with smiles and address you with respect the one young man name Dev so sweet he really knows how to treat the guest ,the matience guy very cool ,this other guy tall guy can't remember his name but I had messed up on the app making the reservation n he took the time to helps us fix the reservation n get us in the room . we are leaving Texas for had nothing but bad luck here ,but if you come visit Fort Worth this is the place to stay. If you want to be entertained n you like to shoot guns go to shoot smart on Lancaster n the 820 freeway another amazing place it's all family oriented but thank you all to the staff n manger n matience n housekeepers thank you all for you amazing hospitality much love from Kimberly n my husband keep up the great work u do"

"What a spectacular view! My room was a top floor corner room with a west view of Fort Worth. The contactless entry was worth it! The stairs leading up to the second floor are only to those certain rooms otherwise entry is through the lobby up the elevator. I had a little staycation with my dog. They were more than willing to provide more towels when needed."

"The location is far from the city center and there are no commercial facilities nearby, making it inconvenient to walk around. The facilities are good, but a bit dated. The restaurant serves meals separately, which is a bit expensive."
