The goal was to design a home with the travel amenities of a hotel but all the special unique décor, style and comforts of a home you want to be in. The main level also has a full bath that sits just off the main living, dining, and kitchen area. The primary bedroom in back opens up onto a deck which while being convenient also allows in tons of natural light. Upstairs are the other three bedrooms and the third full bathroom. The bed type breakdown for these bedrooms is one king, one queen, and twin trundle bed which allow eight people to sleep comfortably in beds. The living room couch pulls out in a matter of seconds to create a large sleeping surface easily for two people. While the home has a suburban feel, it is only a 1-3 block walk to a number of restaurants, bars, pizza, Indian, teriyaki, a little market, and even the Gladstone Library and City Hall. Deux Fen is the nearest winery and it is about a mile away, while Oswego Hills Vineyard is about four miles and is a great place for the entire family. This is also one of the closest properties to downtown Portland without being in a restricted area.
