In the downstairs, there is a living room with a newly purchased pull out sofa. TV with some local programming along with a mostly family-oriented DVD collection.The dining room is between the living room and the kitchen, it has a large table that seats 8 and is the perfect place for family dinner or game night.The kitchen has most everything you will need to cook and serve meals.
