Snowmobile riders - there is not trail access directly from the house. But there is a trail 1 mile from the house. It is located across the street at the intersection of Route 157 and Medway (Rice Farm) Rd. Our guests have used the side of the road to get to the trail.Whitewater rafters, if you book with Jump and Raft, their new headquarters are directly across the street from the house. Just walk across the street to get on the bus. Very convenient! There is also a restaurant there.Outdoor lover’s paradise with boating, canoeing, kayaking, hiking, snowmobiling, hunting, fishing, whitewater rafting, four wheeling, moose and bird watching all available nearby.Lovely open concept 3 bedroom, 2 bath house with wraparound deck overlooking the Penobscot River. Or you can unplug and relax on the deck or by the firepit and watch the river flow by. Snowmobiling and ATV trails nearby. There is plenty of room in the yard for your trailers. Roof extended over deck. No more shoveling stairs. Now able to sit outside in the rain.
