This house location is the best spot for outdoor enthusiasts. A unique house that has a lot of room for guests in and outside. It is near the snowmobile trails and ORV trails. Near many lakes, rivers and Rifle River Recreation Area. Within miles of state land hunting and mushroom picking. There is a large yard to accommodate your trucks and trailers to park and ride from the yard. It has been recently renovated but still has some original history. Located just minutes from Rose City as well!The house has been completely remodeled! It does have a few spot with low head space, a low beam in the basement. It does have stairs and a set that leads to the lower level with two handrails, but please use caution!We welcome all ages but it is not baby/child proof. We do have a pack n play and baby gate available.You can ride right from the yard on your ATV or snowmobile to hit the trails.The yard is uneven due to nature and animals.We will plow and have steps shoveled for your arrival but you are responsible to shovel and salt when needed during your stay. A shovel and salt will be provided.It is in a county setting so you may see wildlife in the yard. You may also see ticks, ants, flies, bees, Asian beetles(ladybugs) stink bugs and more.During the winter we will have the grill and patio furniture in storage. There is a fire pit and we will have some complementary firewood available.This is a two level home with access to the entire house. It has three separate entrances as well. There are steps from the main road to the top floor entrance but you can use the second driveway entrance and avoid stairs to the main entrance. The paved driveway on Oyster Road takes you right to the lower level and into the second living room/entertainment room. There are stairs from the main floor to the bottom level. You pass through the original basement with a low beam and the rock foundation. There is a large back deck entrance to the living room space.There are steps to go up and down to the lower level, inside and out. Relax and enjoy this 3-bedroom, 2 full bathroom, family house on 800-acre Sage Lake! Rent our available 22' pontoon boat for your stay or bring your own boat and tie-off to the dock right out front. The house is conveniently very close to the boat launch. It has a large patio to enjoy the outdoors and a fire pit for late night bonfires. Propane grill also provided. This house is situated for family use, no larger groups or parties allowed. We must be respectful of the neighbors. *Note there is a new concrete patio that replaced the deck shown in the photos. It is much nicer with concrete walkway and steps to the lake. New photos coming in the Spring after the landscaping is completed!Sleeps 10 people comfortably (2 King, 2 Queen, 2 Full beds, and an optional futon). Two bedrooms are on the main floor with a King and Full bed in each, along with one full bathroom. The third bedroom is up stairs with two Queen beds, a futon, along with the other full bathroom, and a seating area with a nice lake view. Fully stocked kitchen with pots/pans/utensils. Dishwasher and washer/dryer provided. Linens and towels also provided. Access to the entire house and property. No access to the shed or locked supply closet. Parking is available for 3 vehicles and could also park on the side of this dead-end road with limited traffic. **** There is also a 22' Pontoon Boat available to rent for your entire stay for $250 per day or $1,250 per 7-day week, which includes a full tank of gas. If you rent the pontoon, it must be for your entire stay, no daily rentals. The pontoon boat seats 12 people and has a 50hp motor to get around the lake and enjoy the sand bars. Pontoon will be tied to one side of the dock. Separate rental agreement and waiver is required. Guests are responsible for appropriately sized coast guard approved life preservers for all children that cannot wear standard adult life jackets. No pets are allowed on the pontoon boat. Please note that the dock and pontoon boat will only be available starting in May through September. There are two cameras facing the lake, one camera facing the road, and one camera by the entry door. I also have two Amazon Alexa devices in the house useful for playing free music. Technically these record audio but it is only available to Amazon for their Alexa function and users cannot access.
