Complete in 2021, Max's Cabin is our first site-built cabin/tiny home! This cabin was designed, with our help, by a Pagosa Springs architect to include interesting and rustic features. The footprint is 420 sq. feet, but this tiny home has a 200 sq. ft. standing-height sleeping loft for a total of 620 sq. ft. The tall ceiling makes the cabin feel very spacious!This cabin is ADA accessible, but every effort was made to make it comfortable and functional for all guests. This cabin has a small kitchen, with an electric cooktop, refrigerator, large sink and eating bar. Make your holiday one for the books with a stay at our place.We have 3 dogs on the property. They are friendly but we will try our best to keep them away from the property. The property sits on an operating farm. We have farm equipment coming in and out of the property on a consistent basis. Please stay away and off all equipment. We can board horses for an additional $25 per night. Arrangements will need to be made at time of reservation. Feed is not included. We also offer a beautiful outdoor space, perfect for any event like weddings, graduations, family reunions, etc. The outdoor space includes a pergola, electricity, and parking for 200+ attendees. We do not offer any event planning services. The space is $1,000 per day.
