"I was greeted warmly. All the employees were nice and did their best to accommodate all my request. I’m not from Michigan, so it seemed pricey for the quality. However this weighed no bearing on my stay. They have a restaurant in the hotel that prepares food, which is convenient - but some things weren’t up to par. For example I got fruit with my breakfast, and the not only looked old but also taste old. With that said - front desk and housekeeping were amazing. Thank you!"

"The hotel was good and the staff/concierge very nice, but the airport shuttle was disappointing. The driver was careless with luggage, rude when asked about terminal information, and muttered curses at passengers. Most concerning, he drove erratically, hitting 53 mph in a 25 mph construction zone during rain at 3:30 AM on 10/14"

"The hotel is just opposite the light rail airport station. You can walk to the light rail station from the airport. There is a shuttle bus to and from the airport every 20 minutes, and many crews stay overnight here.
The hotel room is like an old five-star hotel with outdated facilities in China. There are vending machines, microwaves and ice machines near the room. It's just that the hotel front desk is extremely inefficient. We arrived at 1 pm. The two groups in front of us were talking and laughing for more than ten minutes, and the guests who arrived by shuttle bus behind were left there, speechless."

"Facilities: This is a serious deduction. The sound of the air conditioner fan can be heard continuously in the room. For light sleepers, it is a bad review.
But the good thing is that their shuttle bus runs frequently, a total of three, and basically no need to wait.
Environment: The swimming pool downstairs is open until 9 o'clock. The children downstairs have a lot of fun, but for those who just want to have a good rest, they have to wait until after 9 o'clock. The corridor design of this hotel is very good, but if you encounter this situation, it will be very bad.
Service: Breakfast is also average. There are not many varieties, and the bread is hard. Hahahaha, I thought it was a baguette"

"Arrived in Detroit at 7pm. I had to fly to Los Angeles at noon the next day. I slept in the hotel 🏨 in the airport for one night. Fortunately, I didn't need to call a taxi to and from the airport. The only problem with this Westin is that it is a bit expensive and the facilities are average. American hotels don't have much service. There is nothing wrong with other things. If you don't have high requirements for accommodation, the bed is very comfortable 😌, which can improve the quality of sleep 💤"

"Due to flight delay, I arrived at the airport at 2am, but the hotel front desk service was very poor. The shuttle bus is shared with other hotels, but I called 3 times and they couldn't tell me clearly which bus I should take. They even hung up the phone casually. In the end, I had to take a taxi myself. The hair dryer in the room was broken. I couldn't blow dry my hair after washing it at 3:30am. It was too bad."

GGuest UserOutside DTW Airport, there is a shuttle bus (QWIK PARK) to and from the airport, facilities are OK, but basic, no toothbrush toothpaste, towels and wall-mounted DOVE shower gel, shampoo and lotion. Breakfast is served at 5:30 ～ 9:30, three hot dishes, the rest have fruits, several kinds of bread, cereal, fresh milk, etc. After the housekeeper cleaned the room, there was no coffee capsule and paper cup. After returning to the room, it was a bit dumbfounded. However, there is free coffee on the first floor, you can pick it up by yourself. The sound insulation is a bit bad, the sound of closing the door next door and walking vigorously upstairs can be heard, and the pillows and mattresses sleep quite comfortably.

MmasshiroDecent hotel to stay one night. Close to the airport and the shuttle service was very helpful. The room facilities were fine, but the cleanliness was not the best. There are some places to eat around the place, so it's another advantage. I will definitely stay here again if necessary.

BB-JericaBecause of the transfer, I had to stay in Detroit for one night. I booked this hotel on Ctrip. You can cancel for free before 6:00pm every day, but our flight was at 11:00pm on the first day, and we didn't get on, so we couldn't cancel. We arrived on the second day. So it cost two nights to stay for one night. Anyway, the hotel has a 24-7 shuttle, and you can call the front desk after getting off the plane. It's convenient to have one every 30 minutes. The overall facilities are a bit old, but the hygiene is good. Especially the free rich breakfast, which is hard to find in American hotels.

EEricI recently stayed at the Howard Johnson by Wyndham Romulus Detroit Metro Airport, and it was a fantastic experience from beginning to end! The convenience of this location, just minutes from the airport, made my travel stress-free. Despite being so close to the airport, the hotel was surprisingly quiet, allowing me to rest peacefully.
From the moment I checked in, the staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met. Their professionalism and warmth made me feel welcomed and well cared for throughout my stay.
The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The bed was plush and inviting, providing the perfect environment for a great night's sleep. I also appreciated the thoughtful amenities, including the fast Wi-Fi and the in-room coffee maker, which made my stay even more convenient.
The complimentary breakfast was another highlight of my stay. With a nice variety of options, from fresh fruit to hot items like eggs and waffles, it was a great way to start the day before heading out.
The shuttle service to and from the airport was prompt and efficient, making my travel logistics a breeze. The drivers were courteous and made sure I arrived at the airport with plenty of time to spare.

GGuest UserWe loved our stay at the Clarion Hotel metro Detroit airport! We were in the midst of a move and have stayed here twice in the last week for 8 days. It was pretty clean too! It was convenient and close to my job as well. It was nice also has a nice swimming pool and even though I didn't get a chance to swim on the hot days, I loved the grounds and the scenery! So relaxing! The free breakfast was also nice with waffles, eggs and sausage. I have no complaints about it and I would choose it and recommend it as one of my favorites now in this area by the airport, for price, location, and the amenities.

The location is a central component to my daily travel and I am able to make quicker freeway travels in many directions.
Currently no meals being served due to Covid-19.
An the staff, is very direct and aggressive when it comes to safety and moving cautiously during this time of great challenge and hardships.
