We have installed a wall a/c unit that keeps the place cool during summer and hot for winter and plenty of ceiling fans (3 in total). For your safety, we installed an exterior security camera, a smoke detector and a fire extinguisher located inside the suite. Located off the living room there's a small hallway leading to your bedroom and an off-suite bathroom, which includes a standing shower, sink and toilet. You'll also find a deck leading down to a small patio surrounded by a privacy fence, for your use only. We also welcome your fur babies!Our guest suite is part of a duplex configuration, where we live in the other unit. You may hear some noise from us occasionally, but we have soundproofed the walls and ceilings to reduce any disturbance.
