You'll also have a formal dining area & in-house laundry.This house is in a neighborhood and very close to another house, however we have built a 6' privacy fence between the homes to give this house a large private backyard. Pets cannot be left unattended inside the house unless they are in a kennel. We ask that you do not allow your pets onto the furniture or bedding. There will be an additional fee for UNANNOUNCED or UNAPPROVED animals of $50/night.*BREAKFAST - We provide some great Make-it-Yourself Breakfast selections so that you can sleep in a little, relax and enjoy your stay without having to bring groceries for breakfast. On rare occasion you might even hear the volunteer fire department siren go off. If you are a really light sleeper you might want to bring earplugs, but we don't get any complaints about noise.
