If you need to reset please unplug the modem only ( mounted on the wall ) then wait for 2 minutes before plugging back in ( this shouldnt be needed we have never had an issue. )We also have a back yard gated and locked parking spot available if you want to lock up and leave for a few days. The key to the lock is in the check in instructions.Guest accessThis area is also known as “Brewery Row”.You are very close to the freeway and you can definitely hear it but when you’re inside the house it’s not obnoxious. It’s just a nice buzz. You can walk about three parcels to the south and you are at a very popular brewery called level crossing or if you walk north about two blocks you reach more brewery options and we are super close to the Commonwealth concert room where concerts are held.Other things to noteWe do have a security camera in the front and the back of the property monitoring the outside of the property only and it records audio and videoGarbage day: The city comes and picks up the garbage cans at the front of the house at the curb on Mondays. If you happen to be coming over a Sunday/Monday/Tuesday timeframe would you please roll the garbage cans out to the curb on Sunday evening in anticipation for the pick up on Monday? And then bring them back in Monday afternoon or Tuesday? Our housekeeper also knows the day and she does it when she has a turnover that overlaps these datesUtah is a high desert climate and as such there are house ants, occasional harmless spiders, or Box Elder bugs that are usually seen more during seasonal changes such as going from winter to spring or vice versa. Please also agree to a Zero impact pet policy (meaning there will be no sign a pet was onsite upon departure, you don’t allow pets in furniture or on rugs, the housekeeper has no extra work as a result of a pet being there). Please speak with the host first if you need to send mail.11) Alterations/Changes: Once you have confirmed your booking, any modifications to the dates or guest count may be treated as a cancellation and therefore be subject to the cancellation policy. The host retains the right to charge for lost dates you have removed with an alteration of at least a partial amount to the discretion of the host.12) All events at the property must be discussed with the host and will involve event rate pricing. The park next door to the house has tons of free parking and can be utilized to hold all your event guests.13) 6) Hot Tub Information- Before using the hot tub make sure to unbuckle all 4 plastic clips on both sides of the cover before folding it over so they do not break. They break really easily and are costly to repair. When you are done using the tub, please latch them again.Please be sure to wash the body of any dirt, oils, and/or lotions before entering the hot tub, and do not spill any beverages/eat any food in the hot tub. After each hot tub use, we ask that you place a small baggie of shock that is provided in the box next to the hot tub in the hot tub and run the jets for a few minutes. Be sure to turn the jets off after those few minutes. We've added a safety latch on the box so no kids or pets will get into it. This will help keep the water super fresh during your stay! There will be a $75 charge if the hot tub water is in very poor condition after your stay.
