Welcome to our favorite escape and home away from home! Located on the deep water side of beautiful Lake Bruin, our lake house will not disappoint. Enjoy a cup of coffee as you watch the sun rise over the lake, or grill on the porch and watch it set across the pecan orchard. Park your fishing boat in the slip, or just enjoy the paddle boards and other dock toys. Or, if you are looking for a beautiful location for remote work, the house is fully equipped with WiFi.The kitchen is open and well-appointed, with a new fridge, range, dishwasher, and huge farmhouse sink. The bar seats six, and the large table in the same room seats 8. We have recently poured a slab and added a pickleball court out front!When it's time for bed, the house has a large master with a king bed and an en suite bathroom, featuring both a soaker tub and separate shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has two bunks and a twin (plus an inflatable matress for an extra friend). Our children's favorite place to sleep, though, is the sun porch, which is enclosed with a window unit AC.
