Yellow Springs is a welcoming community to all races, cultures, sexual orientations. This is a comfortable, clean, old-fashioned home (quintessential YS), two blocks from downtown. It is a lived in home at the times guests are not visiting. The neighborhood is pleasant, quiet and safe. A separate small family apartment is attached to the house similar to a duplex. Soundproofing between units maintains privacy. Please no loud partying or loud music. The cozy bedroom features a very comfortable queen bed, perfect for a good night's sleep. Enjoy the pleasant bathroom with a relaxing bathtub and hair dryer. This property also offers WiFi, heating, iron, and AC for your convenience.
