Poche ore in fuga da Milano. piccolo hotel curato e pulito. Organizzazione ottima. a pochi passi dal lago e da locali ma in zona molto molto silenziosa. Manca l ascensore ma poco importa. La camera con le travi in legno a vista top. Nonostante siamo arrivati tardissimo il ceckin come da mail. tutto ben organizzato

Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal, gute Restaurant-Tipps, gemütliches Bett und geräumiges Zimmer mit voller Ausstattung, gutes Frühstück. Parkplatz nicht beim Hotel, aber einfache Anfahrt zum Ein- und Ausladen. Sehr zentral gelegen mitten in Altstadt / Fussgängerzone.

Hotel molto bello e tranquillo in ottima posizione vicino al centro città. Camera accogliente e tranquilla. Abbiamo avuto qualche problema che però è stato risolto prontamente dal responsabile Matteo. Personale molto gentile e disponibile (Marco e Cinzia). Torneremo sicuramente.

Très chouette hôtel. Très bon accueil. Un parking à proximité permet d'y laisser la voiture. L'hôtel est situé au centre de Verbania mais dans un endroit tranquille. La chambre était tout à fait correcte et le personnel très aimable. A proximité des embarcadères, la région se visite facilement en bateau.

Kleines Hotel, zentral in der Fußgängerzone. Parkplatz ca. 300m entfernt aber schnell zu erreichen. Das Hotel und Zimmer sehr sauber und nett eingerichtet! Das Personal an der Rezeption und beim Frühstück überaus nett, freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Frühstück ist extra zu bezahlen und ausreichend. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Die Zimmer sind gut und stilvoll ausgestattet. Das Hotelpersonal sehr hilfsbereit und das Frühstück ist für italienische Verhälnisse einwandfrei. Es fehlt an nichts und der Preis war für dieses Hotel in Ordung. Jederzeit wieder!

Hotel in ottima posizione (centro cittadino a pochi passi dal lungolago e dal terminal navale)., camera accogliente e arredata con gusto, come del resto tutta la struttura, pulita e in ottime condizioni. Personale squisito e attento a ogni necessità. Da ritornare.
