Well kept and clean hotel. Worth the price. There is a retail park with restaurants and cinema near here. Recommended.

No dinner night one, no dinner night two due to no staff and no table on night three cause they were busy with just 6 people in the restaurant. Room is dirty and miles from reception, parking is a joke with big Lorrie’s abandoned in the car park and staff are rude and ignore you. Shockingly bad service from a hotel that didn’t reduce its rates yet advertised all the same facilities. Don’t waste your time. Go to another premier inn in Inverness, this lot needs a shake.

Brilliant hotel just outside the city of Inverness. Staff are all very friendly, and nothing is too awkward to ask for. The Easter decorations look amazing, and with eggs, bunny ears, and pictures for the kids, this will keep them well entertained. Top marks to this premier inn. Please give it a try. You will enjoy the home from home experience.

Fantastic Overnight Stay & Great Service. I visit Inverness regular to see family and always stay in a premier inn however my first time at Millburn Road and already booked to return there as just a super PI with great service. As a disabled person ♿️ automated doors and great accessible rooms are a must but felt really welcomed and supported - big shout out to Reece at check in who was just lovely checking me in and ensuring I got to my room ok as well reassuring me just to buzz for anything. Great nights sleep with everything you need and looking forward to returning - definitely my PI of choice now when visiting Inverness.

We have been to many Premier Inns, in the UK and outside. This has been one of the most pleasent ones ever. Not very big, but neat and the staff was very welcoming. Shout out to Barry who was very lovely and a delight. The staff would really cater to your needs, not just a standard Premier Inn check-in check out situation. We wouldn't mind going back in the future!
