Premier Inn Inverness Centre - River Ness

No laundry service ☹️ Deficient breakfast and dinner

Location was great and room was really spacious as well. However, there was very limited parking spaces and we took the last available slot for the day. Otherwise we will have to park somewhere else and walk back to the hotel. The hotel was very nice and staff were friendly as well. Good place to stay.

We have stayed at the Oban and Thurso locations so where excited for this riverside location. Where we wrong as it went side ways from the self serve check in. Our visa was charged full amount but the desk clerk said it didn’t go through and reprocessed resulting in two full charges which still shows three days later. They gave us free breakfast to compensate for the trouble. Not much of bonus as the good was either cold or floating in grease. YUK. The view was very nice unless you looked down yo see thw mounds of pigeon droppings. Nowhere nesr their other propertiies. Have a look at the photo of the chair I have attached that sits in their lobby. Would you sit in it?

Fantastic location, spotless rooms, and amazing staff who go above and beyond. The breakfast is delicious, with plenty of variety, and the price is unbeatable. Great value for money—highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and hassle-free stay

This is very conveniently located central hotel . Really nice rooms with comfy bed , hot shower & coffee / tea in rooms . Value for money &ideal for visitors arriving without cars as the downside ( which I knew in advance ) is zero car parking. There is a cathedral car park just minutes away but in a Friday ( day I arrived ) there was zero spaces & I’d to circle the area for a while until I sourced a nearby space . Only other minor negative is our room had zero view but again , it’s city centre built sideways in a narrow spot so leave your room , walk 5 metres outside & the lovely river walk is there with lots of pubs , restaurants & shops on your doorstep .

Friendly and helpful staff. This is the second time I have stayed here. The rooms are clean and warm with tea and coffee available. The beds are big and comfortable and I am able to work while staying here as the internet connection is reliable and free. The evening meal exceeded my expectations and was made fresh, was of good quality and there was plenty on the plate. I have a rare food allergy but was able to swap things/leave things off and it wasn't an issue, lots to choose from. The hotel is central and has a beautiful view of the river (or car park) but is a great place for work and leisure. I would recommend staying here.
