Thoughtful Touches That Made All the Difference Beyond the fun, it was the thoughtful details that truly impressed us: · Water Dispenser in the Kitchen: Incredibly convenient! No need to boil water or buy loads of bottles. Having instant hot and cold water on tap was a game-changer. · Luxurious Bathtub & Bath Salt: The biggest sweet touch was the owner providing bath salt for us! After a full day of activities, sinking into a fragrant, hot bath was the perfect way to unwind and felt like pure luxury. This small gift added such a personal, caring touch. Verdict: We Will 100% Be Back! This villa perfectly combines a luxurious private space, premium entertainment, and heartfelt service. From swimming to singing, gaming to soaking, everything was seamless—we never had to think about what to do next. I will HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place to all my friends. Cleanliness better than an average budget hotel but can be better.

Travelodge Ipoh is a household name in good accomodation services, so as my first time staying here I was impressed with the staff. From the security personnel, front desk to housekeeping all are very friendly, always smiling an very helpful. The underground car park is spacious, well lit and easy to access. Check in was a breeze and the room is spacious, clean, cozy and confortable. Will stay here again for my future business trips to Ipoh

Our stay in Impiana Hotel was nice and wonderful. We were treated by the concierge staff and front manager with in a very friendly manner. The room was spacious and well equipped. The coffee house serve good food. Overall the services provided by the hotel was superb.

Good location. It is quite silent place but not far away from town. Just walk about 5 min reached Ipoh old town and can have a cup of old town white coffee there. The service is friendly and the decorations of the hotel is high standard and make people feel so comfortable. The price we pay through trip.com is reasonable.

We travelled in a group of 3 female friends. I have to say I booked this place due to its industrial themed rooms. It's definitely nostalgic and rustic but the cleanliness is still very much up to standard. We even had a balcony and managed to catch a glimpse of fireworks in a distance. In the morning, we caught the sunrise as well. It's beautiful. The location is best! 👍🏼 it's just next to the famous Thean Chun Coffeeshop, where you get to eat shredded chicken noodles, popiah, asam laksa, Satay, char kway teow. Will definitely recommend this place to others. The only one thing is u will need a little patience when it comes to service. The staff left us standing aimlessly where she went up to the room.

The hotel location is excellent, very convenient for business travellers. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the amenities provided were good. Service was average, could be improved with faster response from staff. Overall, a comfortable stay and good value.
