Upon arrival the 2 contact details provided don't respond and it's really annoying and disappointing. 1 contact go into voicemail box and another will never pick up the call which somehow give you the impression of the host is not reliable(Attached conversation without reply) The property manager or agent that host these property really need to be more professional. The unit is full of new paintings and the smell cause lots of discomfort(Attached the toilet door with new paint) The bidet or sprinkler is broken and the water is scattered around and cause our clothes and toilet paper all wet!!!(Attached photo broken bidet) They don't install ventilation fan on the toilet and when you open the window for air circulation your neighbors could see you.Their intentions is very clear which is they don't bother the comfort of the guest(Attached photo of when open up the toilet window for ventilation the upper floor could see through hence no privacy while shower.You shower with window close and its felt suffocating after a while!!!) As Ipoh is famous for eateries to our surprise when we packed our supper home the utensils is really disappointing.The host barely provides you any plates and utensils.Maybe just 4 cups 4 plates as if anything extra will cause them a million dollars investment.You can't find extra waste plastic bags or toilet paper.They simply being too calculative and don't provide any extra even you are using it to keep their unit clean at least if you provide me with extra waste plastic bags we could pack our waste and keep it clean and hygiene instead. Each room only 2 towels for shower and no pools towel provided.Very inconsiderate!!! The worst part is they will sent you a check out instructions 6am in the morning to wake you up!!! If you having a peak booking on our check out date you may sent a reminder for checkout but please not at 6am in the morning !!! I think Trip.Com should check on your agent quality and set a minimum standards.The property host is really disappointed we don't have time to waste so we just put up with it and write a review after check out.

The overall hygiene was terrible, with hair everywhere on the floor, even on the bed. The dishes and bowls were dirty, and the dish brush looked disgusting. The only good thing was the location.

Good location as near to Hospital. The room is good with all the facilities. However, for big group stay in 4 bedrooms apartment with only 1 access key is a big tough to travel. 2nd toilet flushing system not working proper. However, customer service is good with policy limitation.

I ordered a unit with 3 room with the topic of muji,the second me and my family open the door,a strong scent of furniture rush into my lungs,i instantly contact the owner team,wanted to have a appropriate solutions,but they dinnt reply much,keep on asking us to wait for them to check stuff,meanwhile,i contacted agent of trip.com,telling her about the situations,the agent reach out to the owner team too,but dinnt even get a reply from them,as the unit i booked was a no-refund unit,trip.com couldnt do anything about it,just as i thought im going to die from lung cancer,luckily,the owner team finally replied with solution about changing another unit for us,which we found was acceptable compared to the previous one,the facilities of the unit was pretty good overall,its just that the unit of topic Muji was unbelievable,aircon was nice,everything was nice when the toxic odour was gone

When I enter the unit is full with small cockroach, the power socket is loses out and a part of wall is damaged. And I did not report it, and they treated like I damaged and ask me for the repair cost of RM80.

Pictures can tell everything. The bed was dirty—it looked like they didn’t change the bedsheets. There were curly hairs, long hairs, and a lot of very short hairs, as well as dirty stains on the bedsheet. It was itchy the whole night. I contacted the person in charge, and they came the next day to change the bedsheets and clean the room. However, they didn’t change the quilt cover, and the dirty stains were still there. In the end, we bought travel bedsheets to cover everything.

It was a last minute booking, yet the host was able to reply as soon as possible. Just waited for a while for them to help out the check in procedures. He/She has been very helpful with the questions. The room is very clean (which I really like) and everything is in good condition (maybe the couch can be cleaned a lil as there is a little stain on it when we entered the room. But overall, everything is good and they also have a water dispenser prepared.

Overall, the stay was disappointing due to several maintenance and cleanliness issues: Master Bedroom: The ceiling fan was not working, and there were ants and mosquitoes present. Room 2: The mirror was broken. Room 3: No hangers were provided. General: The hair dryer was damaged and unusable. Gym Facilities: The gym is very run-down, and many machines are not working. Toiletries & Linen: Only hair and body shampoo were provided. Towels were old and worn out, and the bedroom sheets were not very clean. On a positive note, the infinity pool is nice and well-maintained, which we did enjoy. However, the issues above significantly affected our comfort and overall experience. Proper maintenance, cleanliness, and better provision of basic amenities are strongly needed for future guests.

Th8s unit is pretty clean. Very comfortable for my family to have a good rest and sleep at night. The location is good, nearby city center and there is a Nasi Kandar Pelita Ipoh nearby (within walking distance) to have breakfast. There is also swimming pool and gym at Level 22.

Our stay at Horizon Ipoh by Iconique Espace was very disappointing. The host should ensure that all facilities are properly checked and functioning before allowing guests to move in. When we arrived, both the air conditioners in the living room and bedroom were not working. The refrigerator also had no power, which made it very smelly and it took a long time before it could start cooling. On top of that, we spent a long time troubleshooting the Unifi internet issue, only to find out that the WiFi password provided to us was incorrect. A technician eventually came to check the air conditioner and informed us that it needed to be refilled with gas, which was beyond his capability. He reported the issue to the homestay management. After waiting for about an hour, the management told us that the contractor could only come the next morning to refill the gas. Since both air conditioners were not functioning, the unit was extremely hot. When we raised this concern, the management suggested that we open the bedroom door so the air from the bedroom air conditioner could circulate into the living room. We were very unhappy to hear such a solution. We paid for the accommodation and could not accept this arrangement. We came here to enjoy our trip, not to suffer in uncomfortable conditions. We expressed our dissatisfaction and requested to move to another unit. Eventually, we were only able to enter the new unit at almost 8 PM. Overall, the experience was very frustrating and poorly managed. I would not return to this homestay again. In addition, the car park entrance on each level is very narrow, which makes it difficult for larger vehicles like SUVs and MPVs.

We noticed that the bathroom light is not working. Although this can still be repaired, the main issue is that the water heater in the bathroom is not working. There are six of us staying here, and currently we can only share the master bedroom bathroom, which is very inconvenient for us. Instead of changing our room or fixing the issue, we were asked to use the bathroom inside the room. In addition, the bathroom is not very clean and there is quite a lot of dust, which makes the situation even more uncomfortable, especially when six people have to share one bathroom. We hope that the water heater can be repaired as soon as possible, or that another suitable solution can be arranged. Thank you. Bad bad bad!

We were a group of 5, including seniors, so I chose this apartment hotel. It has three rooms and two bathrooms, plus a designated parking spot. We contacted them via WhatsApp and received a code to pick up the key card, which is used for both the parking garage and opening the room door. The living room and bedrooms were comfortable, and the security was excellent. It's a shame there wasn't a mahjong table, though!

It is not close to a mall but if U like indian food there is a perlita franchise for indian food. There is a few other restaurants but a bit further to walk. Don't book 2 bedroom the 3 bedroom were much better. I had to pay extra for upgrade after I got 2 bedrooms because it was 2 cosy for 5 ppl. Also the hot water was not hot enough.
