Cozy as always. Comfort enough to get rest. Just not enough space to muslim pray for this type of room.

My favourite hotel to stay in whenever I travel to Ipoh. The interior and everything is amazing. Love a good hotel atmosphere with good people there. Even my son enjoyed the stay. Will come again if I am traveling to Ipoh. Thank you so much for making the stay nice and cozy. The check in and checkout process was simple and quick.

Definitely will come again. The receptionist was so nice and helpful. BFF Restaurant provide us 10% discount as in-house guests every purchased! The food portion was huge and the taste was amazing too.

The triple room was a bit small. The bedside desk was not properly cleaned and had dust on it. A towel used by the previous guest was left in the wardrobe. The management should establish a housekeeping checklist to ensure everything is in order.

When I check in hotel, then reception told me that no more the room type and upgrade my room to premium room. At least got room then is fine.

The room is clean but the deco make the room dark. Premier Queen or Twin are a little small for us. Prefer the Suite King room, more space to move and getter around. Staffs are friendly and nice. Location still pretty accessible like concubones lane. The cafe and Japanese restaurants food is nice and value for money. Japanese restaurants a little on the high side
