I should say the unit is reasonable clean with essential amenities . However, the aircond in big room wasn't working, only hot air blowing. We did not had a good sleep. One more incident that spoiled all our mood. After we check out for an hr, the host messaged me saying we had stained the bedsheet, if it couldn't be washed out, then they would deduct Rm50 from my Rm100 deposit. She sent me a video. To my fury, the stains was

This is my 3rd or 4 th time staying at the apartment although different unit. This unit was very clean, had proper facilities like good tableware, mugs, cutlery and handwash. Premise is with good location and good parking at Level 3A instead of all the way up as the parking route is rather narrow. Would have been very happy with the place if not for the owner or mgt people keep chasing us to check out at 11 am which we think is unfair as all residence and hotel check out should be 12 noon. When we left for breakfast at 9 am, we could not make it back by 11 am as our food was delayed in being served by the restaurant due to crowd, lack of parking and traffic to return to the apartment for check up by 11 am. We call back at 10.47 am to request for extension to check out at 12 pm as we knew we could not make in back in time by 11 am but was denied. Ten minutes after 11 am, they were texting us again asking us if we had check out which was annoying as we were already trying to rush back in the heavy traffic. Feel it is unfair for the apartment to have the check out time at 11 am in the first place. This spoils our mood and image of the property owners with their rigid stance.

The house is clean and with simple nice design. Location is strategic and near to Ipoh city center. Suitable for family stay. The only drawback is the parking area or space is narrow.

Location is surrounding with lot of restaurants.only took 5-7 min to Aquatic centre. There is washer in the unit but no hanger or place to hang the clothes. Overall is ok
