Spacious rooms. Went there for conference but slight I wanted to comment was the public toilet. Too small to cater 1000 pax.

Hotel looks fresh and new with big lobby and friendly staff. Location is a bit far away from the city centre but is quiet and serene. I had the Junior suite which was nice except that they could not give me a King sized bed so had to make do with 2 single beds. Overall the stay was pleasant.

As i request parking facilities to my boss. When he arrived, there is no parking reserve and only 15 parking slot facilities. Additionally, i booked for a deluxe king room. Upon check in, it turn to become 2 single bed room.

Perfect hotel for a short stay. Comfortable, clean, and convenient, especially if you’re looking for a place to stay for a night and enjoy a fine dining experience without having to go far. Valet parking is available at RM20 per night, which is quite reasonable. Breakfast was decent and had a good variety. The hotel has two elevators, so there was hardly any waiting time. Overall, the room was comfortable and the whole stay felt pleasant and hassle-free. Definitely a good choice for a one-night stay, especially for a business trip or a quick getaway.

A spacious and comfortable hotel, perfect for families. The studio room was lovely with a beautiful view of Amanjaya. The kids absolutely loved it! Definitely our hotel of choice whenever we visit Ipoh, Perak. Highly recommended!

I’m satisfied with my stay at Casuarina Hotel this time. Compared to my previous visit, I noticed a significant improvement in the overall experience. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the service was much better. I appreciate the effort the hotel has made to improve, and it made my stay much more enjoyable. Keep up the good work!

The parking and entrance are not customer-friendly. It's 2026 and the TV still shows black and white? ... Doesn't anyone check the TV's condition? First and last time with this hotel.

Everything was in tip top shape. The room, the beds, the breakfast selection was alright. The staff was also very attentive and friendly. The only gripe that we had was the electricity. We turned off the AC at night when it got too cold, and when we woke up, the electricity was cut off. This happened for 2 nights straight. All in all, highly recommended!
