Very new hotel and has great security which every guest need to scan faces to enter to the lift. Added security to scan faces for entering room. Ample parking lots, besides also has an cafe which operate till 2am (last call 1.30am) Overall satisfied and added into my business travel bucket list.

Clean, quiet, and a very comfortable bed. The location is convenient and the service was excellent. Didn't try the breakfast. Highly, highly recommend! Absolutely loved it! The bed was quite high, and the bathroom mirror connecting to Bluetooth to play music was a unique touch.

Best stay here! The room was clean, comfortable, and the service was really satisfying. The most interesting part was the toilet with Bluetooth and face scan access to the room – truly unique. The face scanner couldn't detect my face, but it wasn't a problem because I could still use the card to enter the room. Breakfast was also delicious. Overall, I'm very satisfied and highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable stay.

Everything about this hotel was great. The atmosphere was noble and elegant, and the restaurant food was delicious. The sky pool was a major highlight! We booked a deluxe room with a jacuzzi, which our child absolutely loved. The only minor drawback was that the executive lounge only offered a small selection of snacks and coffee, with no sodas or juices. This wasn't very kid-friendly for families. The executive lounge could definitely be improved. We would still love to come back and stay again if we get the chance.

The hotel is pretty new, staff are really friendly, we love the face recognition technology where we don't have to carry the room key around. The room is clean, cozy and the bed is really comfy! Will definitely come back again :)

The hotel was excellent in some ways, but really lacking in others. The highlights of the hotel are the exceptional breakfast, the best I’ve had in SE Asia, and its delicious desserts and pastries in the lobby. As well as the very good service, with two things coming to mind, one being a free room upgrade, and two allowing me to go to breakfast 30 minutes early (6:30am vs 7:00am). The hotel is very aesthetic and unique in style too, and the tech is certainly interesting and used intelligently. However, they also make some bizarre decisions given they’re a 5* hotel. Firstly, why there is no soap in the bathroom I’ll never know, I shouldn’t have to go in the shower each time to get body wash to wash my hands each time. The shower would progressively get colder with a couple of minutes and be quite cold by 5 minutes in. The bed is far from luxury feeling, with it quite hard, though reasonably comfortable and the duvet cover had some marks on it. Finally, the tech means there are a lot of unnecessary lights around the room, which makes the room a lot less dark. Overall, I would have expected the hard product to be better within a hotel of this class but the soft product was definitely 5*.

It’s a new, modern hotel with a clean design and convenient Face ID access , no need for key cards. The cantilever swimming pool is a highlight, offering a unique view of the nearby airport. Breakfast was also good with a decent selection. Overall, a comfortable and unique stay in Ipoh.
