So nice git parking and welcome drink, the staff help to carry the luggage to my room, the gymroom is very nice, and swimming pool is not enough big, sometimes we can hear the outside sound

The room had a strong smoking odour, especially in the toilet. The receptionist’s attitude was disappointing. I informed her that there was a strong smoking odour in the room, especially in the toilet. Instead of apologising or offering a solution, she responded by asking, “You checked in for so long already.” I understand that I only raised the issue after some time, but when I first arrived at the hotel, I was rushing to go out and only had the opportunity to properly report the issue later. I would have appreciated a more understanding and professional response from the receptionist. Also, the room were also old and poorly maintained, with even the blanket being torn. Overall, the experience was disappointing, especially due to the poor customer service and room condition.

Good location by the river, and a pretty good base to set off for the attractions in Ipoh. Overall, staff were helpful and friendly. It was a pleasant stay.

A great hotel for business travelers with family. The room was quiet and comfortable, allowing my parents and I to rest well. The staff were efficient and professional, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices. The calm ambience made it easy to relax after work.
