Our stay in Impiana Hotel was nice and wonderful. We were treated by the concierge staff and front manager with in a very friendly manner. The room was spacious and well equipped. The coffee house serve good food. Overall the services provided by the hotel was superb.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property is beautiful and comfortable, and all my requests were attended to promptly. The staff were friendly, professional, and very accommodating. The food was good and satisfying. My favorite part was the lobby — it smells amazing the moment you step inside 😍 Highly recommended for a pleasant and relaxing stay

Love this place as usual, i was here last January and December and November 😊. I really hope that the renovation will be done soon so i don’t have to park in the basement.

The front desk and room service were very warm and attentive. The room was clean and hygienic, and the hotel's location is very close to shopping malls and dining centers, making transportation convenient. I highly recommend everyone choose this hotel for their stay!

Stayed here for two nights. It’s a very old hotel, the hotel management should improve , esp for price its charges ie around RM250 per night . Bathroom walls were mouldy , towel were thin and stained . Room lights were old and cracked . Spacious room.
The daily housekeeping did not clear out the rubbish. Was rigid with the bottle water provided . A bit disappointing . Per room only 2 bottles of 350mls given.
But front desk staff Villa, Daniel were pleasant .

This hotel truly offers a special atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond; our names were even on a welcome board! We were upgraded and treated like VIPs. The general manager clearly fosters excellent hospitality. Even a waiter moonlighting as a village trekking guide made our experience unforgettable. It felt more like a home than a hotel. If you're looking for authentic warmth and connection, this is it!

A great hotel, very clean, room fully equipped, new, spacious and most of all the staff are very friendly, warm and service have been outstanding. I stayed on 8th floor and room had a great mountain views, thanks hotel. Highly recommend!

After 3 hours drive fr KL to Ipoh, we checked in around 2.45 pm. We were tired and wanted to rest. We have a big surprise when we opened our hotel’s room. Someone is staying In that room.So embarrassing!!!I Furthermore only one lift is working for the whole hotel. .. This is definitely not a 4* service. Very disappointed

Newly renovated room on 8 floor. Very decent room and breakfast for the pricing. Parking outside the hotel . Good location near to airport and petrol station.
Hotel is under renovation but still is decent enough. 41 RM for breakfast for 1 pax seem cheaper than booking online which is for 2 pax and higher price.

We had a pleasant two-night stay at the Impiana Hotel. The location was perfect near to attractions place .The staff were professional and welcoming, and our room was clean with a comfortable bed. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I’d happily return for my next visit.

It's not in the heart of the city, there's no convenient shop nearby, and the nearest shopping mall is a 5-minute drive away.Room is spacious and clean.Breakfast is good.

Just to rehat and rawat before going to perlis.
Pit stop. Next morning breakfast at greentown dim sum. 8-10 minit from hotel
