"We stayed 5 nights. Issues with “smart lock” on door began day 2. Heat issues for 2 days-owner said a broken part. No owner or manager on property. ALL contact is via text. Lovely facility, terrible customer service/hospitality. The Cafe, which is separately owned and operated, is delightful. Very good food, great staff. The public is welcome, not limited to Inn guests."
