It's about 10mins away from train station walking, Clean, nice views if in selected rooms. No one explained about the gym or restaurant so we ask other customers. They said they needed i.d but didn't say this when I had booked it. But I would say this is like a upgraded travel lodge. We will be back to try the food out as didn't know about this before like mentioned. Good location for places like dance east or football

I booked a king-sized room, and it was quite spacious and clean. It had air conditioning and was only about a 5-6 minute walk from the train station, which made getting around super convenient. Getting to the city center took about 15 minutes on foot.

Good hotel good location staff good breakfast good only little complaint found the door fob had a code a mixture of symbols and numbers that had to be entered to open door.

Nice location, easy process for check in and out, overall clean but with a little stain inside the duvet. It’s a good hotel for the price and everything.

I knew parking on site was limited but can gain access to public parking only £6 overnight or £10 if parked directly outside the hotel. Just cross over the small bridge, very pretty at night time when lit up. Staff are very helpful and patient. Will like to return to this hotel.

We had to change our plans at short notice and find a hotel. A local friend seemed to know where the hotel was and confirmed it was quite near to where we were all meeting as well as a very short walk from Ipswich Station.. It was very pleasing to the eye inside and the room was also to a high standard. Couldn't fault this hotel. Breakfast was extremely good too. I have already recommended it to friends.
