Good location, room clean and tidy. Bed made into a double as requested. Ideal location for our trip to Ipswich for football match, walking distance.

Situated very close to Ipswich train station. A very warm welcome by the owner. My room was at the front and there is a bit of train noise, but this didn't bother me. The room was spotless and very neatly presented. The shared bathroom seemed clean too.

It’s more of a ‘doss house.’ I don’t mean that in a poor spirited way. It’s just…that is what it is!
If it suits your purpose then great. It is …..bar far the worst place I have ever stayed.

You get what you pay for
Polite owners. Ample parking. The room is clean but overall the guest house is very run down. It's cheap, and you get what you pay for.
