Overall good hotel with good value for money!
Unfortunately lack of professionalism on the part of the staff, who charged me for the room a second time even though I had made the payment online (they told me yes, we noticed the error, we will refund you within two weeks, no excuses, no commercial gesture)
In addition, we charge you 10 euros for open parking without security, everyone can park there, so one piece of advice, don’t take it, there are free spaces outside

The staff at the Kopster are very friendly and welcoming. Stayed here for the Arsenal Women against Lyon game at the stadium, so its super convenient for that location. Theres a few restaurants nearby but thats about it.
Will definitely stay here again if going to an wvent at the stadium or arena. Room was great, i couldnt fault anything about my stay!

Great staff & Room
Staff were very accommodating and allowed my client to leave bags behind the desk, check in early and booked them an early morning car transfer. The room was spacious and clean, but could’ve benefitted from a small fridge, milk for the coffee and stronger air con.

Most friendly staff!!!
Rooms are not soundproof at all. Worst night sleep ever. Bathroom not clean, lots of hair and dusty room.
