前台不會英語，需要翻譯軟件，位置很好，房間温度比較低，需要跟前台説把房間温度調高一點，不然很冷，早餐超級好，非常出乎意料，不是自助，是現點現做，隨便點

地理位置很好，就在13街，吃飯購物都很方便。前台的姐姐很漂亮，態度也很好，早餐非常棒。但是房子靠街，晚上睡覺有點吵。

This is an outstanding hotel for tourists visiting Irkutsk from the United States. I though the service was excellent, the staff very friendly, everything was well designed and useful for those who visit Siberia for the first time. I would not hesitate to stay again.
